I have never eaten Bojangles food before so let me tell you! This morning was an experience! FIRST the steak egg and cheese biscuit…A+!!! It was hot, the biscuit was soft, ugh it was amazing! I got a chicken biscuit for my daughter to try!. And this watermelon sweet tea?! It was delicious! Not too sweet like I feared! Where have you all been all my life!? Waiting in the long line was well worth it!!! OH and the older lady that was out side swiping and greeting the drivers this morning! I LOVE HER! She was so sweet and had the most welcoming smile! Thank you for making my first experience with you all so amazing! I’m definitely coming back!

The time of opening is deceiving, the website said 6am and that’s for drive thru only. So if you’re hauling a load taller than 8’7″ it’s not going to do you any good also, knocking on the window at 6:15am want either, but it will get them to walk off like you don’t exist. Dine-in hours on the website should reflect each time, so early customers dont wait for the 6 am and the doors not open.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! (& I patronize this location often!)
Drive thru was blocked off, so I placed my order with a live person in the parking lot: 8 pc dark & biscuits – $27+
Paid for order & was directed to wait BEHIND the building – biscuits not ready… there were already at last 2 other cars waiting.
Waited 15 minutes – order brought to me – I left (yes, without checking the order – shame on me!)
Got all the way home (15 minutes) – TOTALLY WRONG ORDER! Called restaurant – spoke to Christopher, Manager. Returned BACK to the restaurant drive thru.
Hostess hands me the order – no coupon, no complimentary side or dessert – nothing offered for the inconvenience. So I asked for my order to be comped and/or a discount applied. She brought Christopher, Manager to the window – he said he couldn’t give me a discount and/or refund & that he had to call the GM.
Long story short: I told them to keep the chicken & just give me a refund – that too became a CRAZY exchange – I could hear the GM on the phone adamantly refusing the refund. After a few choice words, I DID finally get the refund & have added yet another neighborhood restaurant to my “no fly” list.
We don’t have a lot of eatery options on this side of town, but oh well, good service REALLY matters & I choose to speak with my money!!!

So refreshing to walk into a place where you feel welcomed and kindness just radiants. Ms. Margie and Ms. Mary were there ready to welcome us as we ordered our food and made us feel like family. The food was nice and hot and very delicious. If you are in the area and craving some good fried chicken I 1000% recommend this place.

Nah. Y’all did me wrong. I pulled up into Bojangles wanting that taste of my childhood during my visit. I got me that chicken biscuit and Bo Rounds but they were out of Bo Sause AND Cheerwine! Might as well just my eat my fingernails. Not really, the chicken biscuit was still good, but dang. That sauce and Cheerwine are half the reason I went in the first place. Hopefully next time y’all will do better.

The BEST Bojangles in Georgia! The food is ALWAYS fresh! Any time I’m on this side of town it’s my go too. The customer service is great and the line is always around the building because the food is top tier! The dirty rice is cooked perfectly.

Ordered in the drive thru, was asked to pull around back to get order. No car was behind me and there were three other cars waiting on an order. Cashier wanted me off of the timer, said chicken stips are cooked to order. I waited about 15 minutes for order to be brought around to the back of the store. This is not acceptable service. Maybe get rid of the timer.?!

It was an unorganized chaos however the lady with the i assume prescription sunglasses.
She was patient, kind, and accommodating.
The heat lamp must not be working because my bo rounds were not hot. Hadn’t been long since they came up.
My sausage egg on a bo berry was fresh however the biscuit over cooked and hard. A biscuit should be fluffy.
Seemed like enough staff working but some stressed.
Keep her up front. The beautiful lady who’s seasoned was struggling and the line was about to be out the door.
