Ordered online. Told 12:49PM pick up time. Arrived at 1PM and waited an additional 20 minutes. When I arrived back at my office (only 10 min to eat) I discovered: 1/4 cup of soup. No cutlery. Rotten/withered lettuce. Only received 3 biscuits instead of the advertised 4. Horrible experience. Store promised to refund money—however, that’s not the point! Please do better. *usually, this location is pretty good; guess it was an “off,” day.

So the food was pretty good, and that’s the only good thing I can say about this red lobster. The hostess wasn’t welcoming, the waitress took about 15 minutes just to even take our order for drinks, it felt like they forgot about us. And she brought out the wrong order twice. Wrong drink and then the wrong side dish. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, there were only about 4 other tables occupied when we walked in. The main dish could’ve been a little better prepared as well. My wife ordered a surf & turf with a medium rare steak, but the steak was so rare it was almost blue in the middle. It seemed like a hasty job at cooking.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the amount of time it took to get us seated. And by us, I mean 2 of us, not a party of 5 or anything like that. The service was nice overall, though. Everyone was very polite. Our waitress was very patient and did a great job with keeping our refills coming on the endless shrimp, and the drinks were also nicely made. Thank you for such a nice experience!

Here I go again, whining about my dinner at a local establishment. My choice to eat there and not my choice to get a salad with the depicted lettuce. Used to be you could get a salad in place of a side. No more! $1.99 up charge. I got the Maine / Carribean Lobster Duo meal (New on menu) with baked potato and the salad. The tater was the size of a tangerine and the lobster was tough. To avoid any issue I just ate it in disgust and anger. $40.00 meal that just sucked. The waiter was attentive but failed to bring some melted butter for the lobster. So, I give him an B for effort. Then I get the bill and for a total bill of $83.00, the suggested tip was 22%. Nope, not happening with the food and just above marginal service. Oh and don’t forget your bug repellant, the gnats were hungry!

I had the best experience. First time dining alone. My food looked like the picture. CRABFEST!!!!!!!. Delicious. My server ON POINT!!!!!! Drink was delicious. I was happier when I left than when I got there. Y’all go

Poor greeting, put on waiting list without prior warning 20 min estimated time but was longer they weren’t full to capacity to utilize a wait period. Server didn’t introduce himself, offer specials just asked if we would like water or tea because the fountain machine for soft drinks wasn’t operational. Our drink wait was about 15 minutes for a cocktail and tea. Salmon was tasteless as well as the scallops. I wanted the stuffed mushrooms and macaroni but they were out of both. Server was rude to other staff members in the dining area in front of guests. Was my first experience and quite possibly the last for a while. The waiter even commented on the full plate and asked if I didn’t like it, STILL PAID FULL PRICE. Shameeeeee

We went on a Friday around 5pm before it would get too busy. The staff at the front were either new or need further training on taking guests and seating them, it was a complete cluster. It seemed extra hot and stuff up front, enough that the waitress mentioned it as well. The waitress we had was very kind and friendly and she did great! The Kung Pao chicken plate was meh; about the same quality as getting it frozen from the store and making it at home. We came specifically for the butterfly coconut shrimp and it lived up to our expectations and tasted just as we remembered it. The salmon was nice and juicy, the biscuits were perfect, the bacon mac & cheese was great and the roasted asparagus blew us away with how great it was!

Booths & lighting all need a good wipe down! The ceiling had missing tiles! Walls had food debris stuck to them! Silverware had food debris and spots all over them! Had to ask Braxton for silverware 2x. Took 10 minutes to receive silverware that was as bad as the returned dirty silverware. Ugh! They were out of regular menu items, IE bacon mac & cheese. The restrooms were disgusting! This place needs a total remodel and face lift!!! Spent over $100 for dinner and a total of 3 hours here.

Superior service. My server was very nice I had the shrimp linguine and the stuffed mushrooms. I was super full after that drink and cheddar bay biscuits.
