Bartender grabbed a dirty glass right in front of us (we’re at the right side of the bar next to the dirty pile), we watched her rinse it with water and she continued to pour our martini in it. Place is a mess; lady is sweet but the restaurant is very short staffed which is why i’m being nice.

DO NOT order delivery. Hands down must be the worst delivery experience ever. The Grubhub driver was 40 minutes late. That’s 40 mins past the 55 minute wait time for food to be prepared and be delivered. The tracking part of the app showed the driver spend 30 mins on the other side of town. Away from the restaurant and away from our delivery point.

The line was 45 minutes to get a seat, which is pretty unheard of these days. The waiter was perfectly pleasant, even though it took another 45 minutes to get our food. The endless shrimp was mostly ok, except they were out of their newest flavors and a few regular menu items (also weird). The decor hasn’t changed in 25+ years, the booths are laughably small, even average sized people were overly snug, forget about us bigger folk. Overall, it was an average experience that left us wondering how they stay in business.

Came after work today with my husband. The lady at the front was nice and took us to our seats. There were 2 tables in our area, and we waited for almost 20 minutes and had no service, no I will be right with you, no water, no nothing. Went across the street and grabbed lobster. I was craving red lobster too :(:

The food is always pretty great, but the server we had was horrendous. It took them 30 minutes to finally come to our table to even ask if we wanted a drink… so we put in our orders, appetizers, and drinks and asked for biscuits immediately. It took another 20 minutes to finally get our drinks, and we only asked for waters! I had to inform the manager of what was going on because we were too hungry to leave even though we were ready to walk out because we had received nothing, let alone zero service while we had been there for 50 minutes. Took an additional 10 minutes after that for the appetizers and the biscuits, so now an hour. Our food was brought out another 10 minutes after that and was thankfully good. The server never came back around to ask how we were doing or if we liked our food or if we needed refills (which we did and I got the manager to help with this). We were so worried it would take even longer to ask for to-go containers, so we had to force ourselves to eat all of our food, even though we were uncomfortable doing so since the portion sizes were quite large but didn’t want to run the risk of not getting containers in a timely fashion and we don’t like wasting food! When I finally got the servers’ attention to get the check, of course, it didn’t take her long to respond to that, as she came back within 2 minutes with our check after it was requested. She wouldn’t act quickly for her job the entire time except for.of course, when it came time for the check and she could get paid! I was very disappointed, and I just knew she would do that.

A group of us went to Red Lobster for lunch on Wednesday 8/23. I really should give our server a 5+ plus because she did exceptionally well in serving a group of 17 alone. Our drinks were served immediately. It took over an hour for half of the group to get our food, at least another hour for the other half to get their food. Needless to say there were some hungry, unsatisfied customers. The food was delicious and hot when it arrived. We thank the manager for providing our drinks and desserts for free in order to compensate us for such a long delay. It’s sad the people that want to work are overwhelmed and overworked due to staffing shortages.

Your mileage may vary (YMMV) at this location! Most times the bar area has attentive staff, but today (7/22/23) I wouldn’t recommend sitting in the bar area. There was a gentleman that failed to acknowledge bar patrons and he may have been more concerned with getting his tips from the table seats. Food is usually decent, but the service requires MUCH patience!
