I placed an order for delivery and it was not correct. I ordered the cali and received something no way resembling the pic. I proceeded to walk over the restaurant and asked for a manager. Was asked to wait for the one on break or to wait for the one that disappeared.
One came up took my complaint offered a replacement which I didn’t want and it would’ve been a waste since it wouldn’t have been eaten then walked away.
This was my first experience to this restaurant and honestly I’m not sure if I will go back.

This location is so nice. The folks who work there are kind and hard working, additionally, the food is excellent; especially given the prices. There is a gal in the back kitchen who made my steak burger so delicious with extra jalapenos like we requested, and, even though she was busy, she still smiled at us and was a complete sweetheart- the type who is of the highest quality of customer service industry workers, so thank you! Definitely recommend swinging through this Freddy’s for a quick bite! Love their sauces too, their Jalapeno Fry Sauce is one of my new favorites.

I went here about 1yr and half ago. Should’ve left a comment then, but better late than never. My daughter lives in Utah and I’m from California. Went here to get something to eat. I have to I’ve eaten at alot of burger places in my life, but I’ve never walked into a place where it absolutely smelled delicious. I knew my burger was going to fire and it was. I give this place an 11+

I ordered the patty melt, and as you can see in the picture, it’s not worth what they charge. We ordered 2 combos, cheese curds (which were good) and one shake. It cost almost $50!! Really?? The sandwich cost is definitely not reflecting the burger. This is a $5 sandwich AT MOST. We will not be coming back here.

Like any other burger joint, each one will have their “signature” burger or particular item that be different from the rest. Inside kinda resemble a Carl’s Jr/In N Out theme like atmosphere. Didn’t get a greeting as we enter the place but would help feeling welcome and value as a customer. Most people would agree with me on that. Our order taker was very friendly and professional. End up trying their NEW Double Jalapeño Burger in a combo meal and definitely making it LARGE size. Yes, it was good if ya like jalapeños on it but STILL hungry to say the least especially their double steak patties are thin portion size. Definitely their fries are good but a mini version of Mickey’s D. Maybe they can do a JUMBO fries version later in the future and introduce it for their marketing strategies to cater new customers?? Overall, had a wonderful dinning experience and came satisfied but still craving for more. Yes, they do have a DRIVE-THRU in case anyone wondering. Will come back if I have an itch to try another round so give their THIN steakburgers and mini fries a try and see for yourself what make Freddy’s unique in their own way and don’t let their price discourage you in the process as some do on the review.

Today we went with the desire to buy some ice cream. We only ordered a shake and a sundae. We ordered the medium size. We specified it twice when paying and realized they gave us the smallest size. We let the service person know. She didn’t even offer to give us what we ordered. She just apologized. It’s a shame the service is so terrible. When you pay for it, it’s not free! We hope that next time, if we go back, it doesn’t happen again.

It is a chain, at this location, I go there often. Staff is friendly. Their desserts are perfect. Great tasting frozen custard. The burgers and fries are not that good. Burger not so flavorful in my opinion. I am not a fan of string fries to start with because they have no flavor.
Lots of staff but some tables need to be cleaned in between customers. They are not on the up and up on that.

Horrible excuse for a hamburger.l!!!You could literally see through the patty it was so thin. Fries were gross and cold. $31 for two combo meals with $2.00 worth of meat. Will never be back!

I was really looking forward to visiting Freddy’s. My order was taken quickly, and the food was served just as fast, which I appreciated. I ordered the chicken tenders and tots, but unfortunately, they seemed to have been cooked in the same oil. The tots tasted more like chicken than potatoes. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly, but the food didn’t quite meet my expectations.
