Edit: I love this place. I eat here a couple times a month. But, I’m discovering that there is no describable difference between the regular and large fries. I switch off ordering the large and medium fries. And I always feel like I get the same amount each time.

First off, I ordered 2 fries a cone and a large strawberry shake and it was almost $20. The shake was a medium at any other restaurant and was $7 by itself. It was the worst excuse for a large, strawberry shake that could exist. It was literally a vanilla shake with chunks of frozen solid strawberries at the bottom. Not even mixed up! Worst milkshake I’ve had in my life!

Food was good, but a little lacking in flavor. The custard had a good texture, but it’s hard to tell all their mixins from the in-store menu. The tables were mostly dirty, so they could use some improvement in their lobby routine. The employees were nice and made sure they had our order correct before submitting it.

It is a chain, at this location, I go there often. Staff is friendly. Their desserts are perfect. Great tasting frozen custard. The burgers and fries are not that good. Burger not so flavorful in my opinion. I am not a fan of string fries to start with because they have no flavor.

I’m never disappointed after eating at Freddy’s. Tried the Jalepeno Jack burger this time and found a new favorite. I usually get the shoestring fries, but I tried the white cheddar cheese curds instead. They were fantastic! The frozen custard is nothing but yum.

I went here because of the free Concrete they were offering in the app. Overall a good experience. I decided to knock one star because the app discount didn’t work (the app was also not too good imo) for the coupon. The cashier was good and made it all work out (: As well as a buddy of mine said the concrete was flawed.

Original Review: Seems like a nice place. My order was messed up though. One burger, which was meant to be plain, had pickles and the other one was a chicken sandwich. Both were ordered as a double cheeseburger. Stuff happens. I’ll give this place another try. I will just have to make sure the items are correct.
