This is a cozy fancy little French place. We got complimentary bread with butter as our starter. I have ordered pan seared white fish. It was very good, juicy fish, tasty smooth sauce came with it. Also it was served with vegetables and a salad. It was a filling dish for sure. I also had salad with beats, it was just ok, granola was absolutely unnecessary there in my opinion. My husband ordered medium rare ribeye steak. It was served medium well. They had to redo it, the new steak was closer to rare , but that was not the issue , they served New York steak instead of ribeye . Service though was great. When they saw our disappointment with steak, they did not charge for it , and tried their best to make our stay welcomed. Overall, we had great experience and would come back again.

Mediocre food for astronomical prices. This is not fine dining, it is bar food with fine dining prices. Portions are tiny even for a “fine dining” establishment.
Service was also lackluster, we were served the wrong utensils for our courses, items came out at weird intervals, and service was generally inattentive.
If you are looking for a nice dinner in Park City I would look elsewhere.

The service and ambiance was incredible! The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The food was delicious and fresh. My only critisism is the potatoes with the steak were very very greasy. I would definitely go back. The views and location were amazing.

One of the best places that my wife and I have been too in a while! The food was cooked great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We didn’t feel rushed, and we weren’t bothered every 5 minutes but still visually checked on enough.
Highly recommend going here, I know we will be again!

If you’re looking for an amazing restaurant in Park City, look no further than Courchevel Bistro. We have been there several times and it’s always a unique experience. We love the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Clement, Mara are so friendly and hospitable.
But let’s talk about the food! Chef Maria Mantilla is a genius in the kitchen. Every dish is amazing and we always leave feeling like we’ve been treated to something truly special. We’re that odd couple that likes to sit at the bar and watch the chefs in action. It’s like a food theater and we can’t get enough of it!
We appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone at Courchevel Bistro. It’s clear that they’re passionate about what they do and it shows in every aspect of the restaurant. We can’t wait to come back for the 2023/2024 ski season. Thanks for making our visits to Park City even more special, Courchevel Bistro!

A great meal in Park City! We reserved the bar seating which has a nice view into the kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the cooking happen. The baked brie was very special but a little expensive at $27 for an appetizer. The pheasant was tasty but the bratwurst that came with it was not good. We also had the venison, winter greens salad and creme brulee. Nothing was out of the ordinary in terms of flavor, but nothing was too bad either. Hard to justify coming again due to the high price, but a good overall experience!

We were thrilled with our experience here. All the food was great. My friend loved his chicken dish and I loved the vegan pot pie. We were also very impressed with the desserts. Our server, Dakotah was very attentive. Don’t forget to make a reservation ahead of time. We were glad we did. The hostess was also very welcoming.

I haven’t been at Courchevel for over a year and I am so glad I came back! Our friends and I had a great time. The food was outstanding, i ordered the Arctic char carpaccio and the veal, to end the the night the peach beignets were to die for. The sommelier did an awesome job suggesting some wine.

Our experience exceeded expectations. At at counter with full view of kitchen which added to the enjoyment. Con tailed wee good, my husband loved his special Old fashioned. The house red carafe was great. Pear salad was good and loved the fresh bread and butter. The duck confit pasta was incredible and the elk was a close second. The huckleberry clafoutis finished our meal in a high point. Add great atmosphere and excellent service to the amazing food and you have a hard to beat evening. Highly recommend.

Last night in PC and we decided to try Courchevel. The restaurant interior was pleasant with a nice view of the mountains. We started with the Baked Brie which was good. Presentation was very nice. We also enjoyed the steak frites. The mushroom pasta dish was really underwhelming. The pasta was undercooked and included vegetables that seemed steamed verses sauteed. The attached photo is the short rib dish that we ordered. I think the photo speaks for itself – this was not a short rib dish that you anticipate from a French restaurant.
Finally, for the level of dining, we weren’t impressed with the service.
