Was in walking distance of our accommodations, ratings were decent but our experience was mediocre. The food was reasonable, even good but there was one server and boy was he stressed and constantly apologizing, we waited likely an additional 20 mins because he was one of only two servers. This is not to spite him but our experience was not as it should have been. Best wishes going forward, hopefully your experience is better than ours.

We love this restaurant since they serve fried whole fish and all the waiter and waitresses are very nice and attentive. Only that make me drop it to 2 stars is my two bad experiences with a staff that I found out named Miguel was so not pleasant. It happened to me 2 times. I made reservations, and when I got to the restaurant, the manager said he didn’t have my reservation; I try to show him that I did call and make a reservation. The things that bothered me a lot actually is the way he treated us, is so rude! He just didn’t care we’re waiting that long not even apologized. The 2nd visit, same thing happened, put us to wait, for not found our reservation . I actually tried to look for the owner, to address this problem; to tell him that their manager can’t take care his business. He is trying to throw people out at the door instead of taking good care of them. So sad! I forgot to tell, they finally found my two reservations…I don’t know how he handling those reservation. Simply he didn’t care. I enjoy the food, I love the atmosphere, I only drop to 2 stars because of the very poor and unpleasant service of the manager named Miguel! I am sorry!

My wife and I decided to try out this place and it didn’t disappoint. There’s plenty of space in the restaurant and I love the booths, they’re very private and just sets the ambiance. The only downside was that they charged for any substitutes, and pico, etc.. The horchata was also very good!

Food was great and cooked as ordered. Taste and seasoning were delicious too. Our lunch experience was very positive. The restaurant is very spacious and offers a varied menu. Some of the dishware needs to be replaced now. Plates were chipped or cracked.

Within 4 minutes of leaving the restaurant my debit card was used twice. That is the only place I had used that debit card in 2 weeks because we were traveling before that and only use CC when traveling. Will be using CCs everywhere from now on, or cash. Had to close my card, luckily the bank acted quickly and I happened to notice before I was cleaned out. Obviously I don’t recommend this establishment, after reading some reviews I would not have eaten there to start with…wish I hadn’t trusted an establishment based on the fact it had been there as long as I can remember.
