My food was delicious Always IHOP hit the spot. All managers and Servers are so nice. On pancake day they were busy and they were super nice and cool. Really kind. Very professional.

When restaurants use delivery services and your DOOR STATES YOU ARE OPEN 24 hours, please alSO put a sign of which door to use for delivery pick up. It’s too cold for anyone to be walking around from door to door to see which 1 is unlocked. Then TO call in and the staff is rude. Do BETTER.

When pulling up in the lot in our parking spot we watched the “manager” pull up his shirt and rub/touch his belly. After being seated, no one even acknowledged us; there was only about two tables seated prior to us. The manager didn’t even notice us and proceeded to look at his phone. Very unprofessional and unsanitary to say the least; especially having worked 20 years in restaurants. When we left, the manager didn’t even say anything or look up from his phone. My mother said we are leaving and going elsewhere. Why would we give our money to an establishment that ignores its patrons? IHOP should seek new management.

This place never fails. I only like coming here during the week day. It’s hardly crowded. The weekends are packed and it’s just not worth going.

Our server Alte (I think that’s how you spell her name- we went there at 9am on Wed), was great. She took our order and brought my coffee immediately. My kids ordered from the kids menu which was a hit! One ordered chicken nuggets with fruits and the other one ordered Mac & Cheese with hash browns. It’s not the healthiest but they both finished their meals and apple juices.

We didn’t feel rushed because it wasn’t crowded. The food took about 15 mins to bring to our table which was fine because we were not in a hurry.

The kid’s coloring sheets had so many cool activities. My 7 yrs old really enjoyed it. There’s plenty of parking and it’s free. On the weekends, it’s hard to grab a parking spot so you have to park on the street. The bathroom was surprisingly cold (don’t know why) and you need the code because they don’t want non-customers to use it.

It was an affordable breakfast before I dropped off my oldest. I have to remember to come here for an easy breakfast treat. Not fancy but delicious and all the workers were nice.

I think the biggest group you can comfortable fit at a table is probably 6 people. I wouldn’t bring a stroller. It’s a small IHOP. Most of the tables are for a party of 4. If you are looking for a big IHOP, I would go to Potomac Yard.

We went to the IHOP in Arlington for the first time, and it was a bit cramped inside. The space is small, which made it feel a little crowded, especially if you’re sitting in a booth. The seating wasn’t the most comfortable either, so keep that in mind if you’re big.

The food was good, though! They have all the classic breakfast options. Our server was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a decent experience, even if it wasn’t the coziest place to eat. If you love breakfast food, it’s still worth a visit!

This Asian lady who works here is really mean. We were treated differently because of our race. We are regular customers and we came for the free pancakes event. She kept coming back to us asking for a donation although my friend had already donated $20 at the counter, but they kept assuming he hadn’t donated anything. When we were leaving they gave us really hostile looks, and we could tell they were talking about us. I will never return to this restaurant again and I’m telling all my friends not to come here.
