Never my go to meal, but when it is,
it’s Popeye’s. The meals were freaking great. Although, I must say, this place does need a proper juuje. Look, I get the Savannah feel, but dang. This is on upper management, not the crew. On the crew, I’m sorry yall don’t like your jobs. Really, I am. Move onward and upward kids. This is either a stepping stone of experience, or a stay miserable and stay at this level. JS. Cheers

My food was not made properly. I ordered a 12 piece wing with fry and Sweet T Parmesan garlic and this is what I received It was during lunchtime when I was in the drive-through so I tried to call at least five minutes later concerning my order and then not get a response No one answered the phone and I called three times horrible service horrible food and I paid $20 for my food Not to mention, it was also cold. Worst service I’ve ever had.

I’ve had some shaky run ins with this location and forget delivery because they’re definitely leaving out the desserts and drinks for sure.
Today I craved it and hesitantly we pulled up, there were all guys cooking and taking orders (I didn’t see any women). But baby was I shocked, so not only was our food hot and fresh (yes, everything.. you read it right) but their customer service was all the way there.
There was a mix up at the screen and he fixed the meal and let us keep the other one that we already had.
I just appreciate you guys for the customer service and fresh food that night (yes, you read that right… fresh food, from Popeyes AT NIGHT night)!!!!

EVERY time we go here the associates are rude, DON’T LISTEN & the store itself is ALWAYS OUT of something!!! Last night they said “we don’t have no sandwiches”
Today, we try to order our child a kids meal 4 piece nuggets and they say “we don’t do that.” They refused to tell us WHY yall don’t do that when it Clearly has it shown on the menue!!! What the heck that’s false advertising and when we try to call to speak to a manager the phone just rings and nobody picked up. Very irritated customers! Totally uncalled for and the customer service is terrible.

Absolutely worst place to go for food in savannah. Service is a zero star. Never expect to be treated with an ounce of respect. Will advertise food they don’t have even though signs are all over building for it. They can get your order incorrect and act like it’s your fault. Might be worst experience of any fast food. I get that you’re a fast food restaurant, but damn. I would suggest to keep expectations extremely low.

This is the second time this has happened- it took 50 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and a 3 piece meal. The first time was a Saturday afternoon and there were not many people inside. This time was Friday afternoon at the drivethru, and we were blocked in because they told so many people to pull up and wait for food, otherwise we would have just left.

My son and I did NOTHING to deserve to be treated like GARBAGE today. We showed up at 10:10am while they were supposed to be opened. Waited until 10:30 and stood at the front counter with no greeting. Eventually the grumpiest lady grudgingly asked if we were picking up and took our order, no apologies, just frowning contempt for her job and zero respect for us as humans. I was ashamed for her behavior so we calmly walked out to head to Chik-Fil-A. Sincerely you guys need some attitude adjustments, wow! I’ve been here before and with some other kind folks, but today was not her day
