I had a very lovely dinner here. The hostess greeted me and was friendly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I had a booth table which I prefer and my server was Mia who was very attentive and courteous. She checked on me frequently and also suggested the appetizer I had been wanting to try. My food was delish and cooked perfectly. Great portion size also. Several people checked on me but I was good because Mia was on top of it. I’m glad I came in and will be back again. Thank you!!

We visited this Red Lobster this past Friday for the first time and our waitress was Jami. This young lady was on top of her game. She was quick, friendly, professional, made sure our food was served fresh and hot. We also met the Restaurant Manager name Shiloh Banning, this young lady is also a Rising Star! She was very professional, made sure not just us who was comfortable but we saw her moving around the entire restaurant making sure all the guests had what they needed and were happy with their service and food. Red Lobster should be proud to have these two assets working for their company. We wish you both great success. The restaurant was also very clean. That is one of the most important things for us when it comes to dining out.

The service was exceptional. Our server, Eric, was very courteous. He was timely in his response. He performed multiple check-ins to ensure all was well. Our order was as we requested. It was obvious that Eric enjoyed serving the customers. Kudos for Eric!

Victoria our server was great. The kitchen seemed to be a bit behind. We had to use plastic utensils that the give for their take out because they didn’t have clean silverware. We ordered the Endless shrimp. Sadly the first plating came out luke warm. After that refills were hot. The food was tasty over all. They looked short staffed. In the recovery of people coming back to work I sure they were. Overall Victoria was apologetic for the delays and checked in often. That really made a difference. I would go back.

Tried to order curbside. Place order. Show up – just sit there for 15 min. Finally go in – staff just looking – no one asks if they can help. Finally find someone; he explains other dude working takeout. Finally that guy shows up hand me bag – expect the order is wrong and not checked. Take it back – jam missing item into now cold food. Tell them to give me my money back – shorts me the tip I was forced to leave online. Terrible customer service and location. Avoid this place – looks like it will be closing soon anyway based on people in restaurant. Total disappointment. Less than 1 star.

This location has gone downhill. I am not a racist but I dislike being racially profiled because I am white. Black.patrons were favored over us. We had to wait until we were almost finished our meal for the biscuits while other tables who had black patrons got biscuits soon after being seated. People were friendly but the service was marginal ; the least amount of effort. I am a sociologist interesting to observe reverse segregation.

We usually have a good experience here. Part of our group was going to be late but we wanted appetizers while we waited. They had to seat us at a small table which meant we had to carry our food and drinks to the group table. Could have been better service.
