No one at the drive thru spoke english. The order taker was trying to communicate, but the accent was too thick to understand. The guy handing out the food, was not an english speaking person at all. They got my order wrong and it took three people collectivly to figure out what I was saying.

I made the mistake of giving this location another chance. The 1st time it took forever in the drive thru, and today was the same. But even worse…I literally couldn’t eat my order because it was drowned in salt. OMG! Did the cook dump the entire shaker on the burger??? It certainly tasted like it. I was able to eat a few fries but couldn’t get in more than 2 bites of the quarter pounder. I’d love to get my money back.

This is the only one I go to near my home. They have decent service. Fries are always fresh and hot, esp when I dine in. The staff is always friendly and smiling. I love the convenience of ordering on the self-checkout machine. The dining room is always clean as well as the bathrooms. The manager is always nice and friendly.

It was alright at best the food was not hot enough so the cheese on the mcdouble was not melted,, my don joined me ordered a milk shake that they charged him for twice and then forgot to give it to him so he went to sit in the car.. And his dad had to get the money back and the milkshake an hour later and they act like he was lying about it… The bathroom women’s bathroom stunk horribly so thats the reason why I gave three stars….

I went to this mcdonalds 3 times in the span of 2 weeks. Each time it was almost worse than the last. It was renovated a few yrs ago so it is sleek and modern. One time i went at 5pm on a saturday the doors were locked. No sign nothing. The drivethrough was open. I had planned a meeting with some people and sit down. Finally someone vame out and said that so many people no showed they couldnt open dining room. She then sat there and smoked a cigarette and played with jer phone for 20 min. Very disappointing. Store was very messy other 2x i went in.

food was expected, service was strange. When we were given our drinks we had asked which drink was which and the employee didn’t speak for roughly 20 seconds then just told us to taste test them and walked away. Burgers were also burnt.

Ordered on the app because the drive thru line was crazy long and joined the line for pickup, and my 3.5 year old son had specifically requested nuggets for his happy meal… and we got a container full of tarter sauce in his happy meal box. What a day-ruiner for a 3.5 year old (and their momma) and the most UNhappy meal ever! We also were upcharged for a drink that we were told wasn’t available when we got to the pickup window, but the charge wasn’t reversed. They got our other drink order wrong and didn’t even see the standard happy meal drink options selected until I pointed it out. What a joke.

Simple order in the drive through. Sausage biscuit, hash brown, medium sweet tea. The drive through person was nice and got the order right in the register. The woman bagging the food gives me an egg McMuffin with cheese. I don’t figure this out until I am a mile down the road. Make a u-turn and go back to get my sausage biscuit. Not that hard of an order.
