Spilled soda on floor not cleaned in over an hour
No Hand soap in restrooms and they lock you out so you have to wait to enter a restroom/washroom
No charger outlets in diner area
Good music vibe and menu and outside the neon light is neat
Service could be better and burgers should be more aesthetically pleasing and portion and perfect like McDonalds in France…
As an American brand, should always be picture perfect! For the price.. this isn’t innout or checkers…

BEWARE!!! Went today 02/18/2026 and caught the lady in the first drive thru window taking a picture of my debit card trying to be slick. Be careful if you hand your card, as she declined doing so and then I had an attempted transactions at McDonald’s again after I already left. Thank god I have card controls and turn my card off as soon as I saw her do that!
Corporate/ managers I will take legal action so I advise you clean your house before then

Went through the drive through. Ordered. Paid. Was told to wait in a spot. Waited. Was given the wrong order. Told to wait longer. Watched other people get their orders. Finally had someone bring an order to us, hand it to us and walk away without an explanation or apology. It was wrong. Never got the right order.

This McDonald’s confidently wins the nomination for “ублюдское отношение” (“disgusting attitude”).
I placed an order, took the locator, and selected that I would be eating at the table. However, after 10 minutes, an employee came up, started waving his hands right in front of my face, and told me that my order had “been waiting for 10 minutes already.”

So the question is: why do you even need these locators and the option to choose a dining area (inside/outside) if the staff won’t actually bring the food and instead treat customers as if they’re a nuisance? Instead of proper service, you end up with irritation and the feeling of being disrespected.

Managers, do you even train your staff in any basic norms of politeness or standards of behavior? Or do you just let anyone walk in from the street and start working here? It honestly feels like nobody in this place has ever even heard of what service is supposed to be.

It was an early breakfast order, but it literally took 35 minutes to get the food we had ordered on the app. There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive through. The guy working the drive through was absolutely high when he came to the window.

The last 3 times I went through the drive I orders the two cheeseburger value and the fish fillet combo meal twice. Every time the buns were hard and the fries were lukewarm at best. I had to go back the next day because I was on my way to work but they did give me my money back. I give this place a two out of five at best.

Avoid like the plague. Look at the raw non-Gourmet burger. At drive thru window was given 3 of 4 drinks and ushered to the parking lot to wait for order. Few minutes later bags arrived with last drink missing. Finally make it home, and an order of four dinning items only had one napkin placed in one of the two food bags and of course the sauce we asked for was missing. Not even worth the drive back. STAY AWAY!!! And I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is WANTON DISREGARD FOR QUALITY AND SERVICE.

Not a local. In town for the night and needed some food. Recent mobile order looked like it had been haphazardly assembled. Greasy chicken sandwich, seems they used old broken down oil to make it and the fries. My burger was missing the lettuce, tomato and mayo I requested and paid for. Even the sprite was off. Couldn’t rate the order on the app so here I am.

The store had more than five staff members on duty, yet the service was extremely poor. We dined in and tried multiple times to get assistance, but no one responded when we asked. We were waiting for a Coke refill and never received help. The staff clearly saw us calling them, but chose not to acknowledge or respond. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or basic customer service. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience.
