I ordered from here through DoorDash. Their system was down so my driver had to reorder my food. I was outdone at what they put on my plate. I ordered a 10 combo they didn’t give me the fries from that and a smoke sausage combo that I could barely bite in to. This was my first time ordering from here. I don’t know if I’ll be back.

My husband and I order 3 wing combo and side of fish, our food was good, but hate how they nickel and dime you. If you ordered fish you should get tartar sauce for free. If you’re eating in you shouldn’t have to pay extra dollar for a refills. Cashier was eating her lunch up front and licking her fingers, kinda gross. Food was good but better training for your workers.

Ordered the $18.50 10 piece whole wing combo that is listed on the menu on THEIR website. All the lady said was “give me 15 minutes.” I show up and the lady has to type my card # in the system. She gives me a cup to get my drink. I tell her the soda I tried was out. She says “they’re all out. You have to get this” and touches the tea or kool-aid machine. I get home and look at my receipt and see that I was charged 24.99 for the combo. I call back to tell them I was overcharged. The lady says the combo is actually $24.99. I told her it’s listed on their website as 18.50. She says the website also says prices may vary. Guess who won’t ever order from Rayfords again? Look people, I was ordering this for my husband and child. They enjoyed the wings. The service is unacceptable. And the drink machine was dirty, so I did not get the tea or whatever was in the other drink dispenser. If you just love wings and like to be surprised by the cost and availability of products you ordered, please call them today. They had really fast service.

I ordered a 20 piece wings over the phone, the lady said they wouldn’t cook them until I paid first over the phone or until I got there and paid. What’s the point of taking orders over the phone if you’re not going to cook them until you get there and pay.

I ordered 50 party wings for pickup. I had a $50 credit from DoorDash, so I rightfully applied the credit to the order. The price before the discount was $66 and $16 after. I went to pick up my order, and I saw it on the counter ready for pickup. The young lady behind the register stated that she could not give me my order unless I canceled my order with DD and pay them directly. Another gentleman back in the kitchen came out to try and explain to me that I can’t get $66 in wings for $16 because they were getting ripped off by DD. I tried explaining to them that DD takes care of the PROMO and it won’t affect the payment to the restaurant. Common sense, right? NOPE. I remind you that the payment/transaction was already paid in full. I just wanted my order that I paid for. They would not give me my food! If a business is using DD, then they should know how all the rules work. All in all, I left empty handed with my wife and kids waiting eagerly in the car for 30 for a pickup order that was ready for pickup. I took care of a few errands in the area and decided to go back to make it right, maybe cancel my DD order, and start from scratch with the payment since my wings were on the counter and ready for pickup and a hungry family. My kids were REALLY looking forward to some wings for dinner. But NOPE. I went back into the restaurant to attempt to pay full price out of pocket, but something CRAZY happened. The cashier who I had dealt with throughout the ordeal earlier was cleaning the soda machines. I walked in and was no closer than 10 feet from her and said “Hey there. Excuse me.” She was startled by me apparently and said, ”Maine, I’m gonna cut you. I should cut you for that.” I was instantly startled and was like, ”Excuse me”? She mumbled loudly “uggggghhhhhhhh”. Another employee was sitting in a booth talking on his cell and heard everything going on. All he said was, ”What’s going on here”? He was directing the question to me, like I was harassing the employee. I didn’t say another word. It wasn’t worth it. I walked straight out of there and will never be back. They are sooooo unprofessional and I wasted so much time and energy trying to feed my kids dinner. The kids were deeply disappointed, but we left empty handed and I had to explain to my kids on the long ride home, the best way possible what happened. Terrible. We’ve ordered from them multiple times since we moved to the area a year ago. They have awesome wings for sure, but won’t be back because of their repetitive terrible customer service.
