The rolls were so delicious that we ate 2 before I could even grab a photo! Food was very flavorful, juicy, had the tri tip and chicken breast. BBQ sauce was on point. The nutty coleslaw side was a solid pick! Loved the music playing at the restaurant, totally my jam. The best part though? Eric our server! He was extremely attentive, made great suggestions, wasn’t pushy with anything, and just all around phenomenal service.

Visited friends and they took me here. We ordered The Roundup which it says serves 2-3. It’s their sampler platter that has beef ribs, baby back ribs, chicken, tri tip, onion strings, and two sides for $51. Didn’t enjoy the chicken as it was rather bland. The Signature Nachos were disappointing as it barely had any cheese. Everything else was good.

Always good fresh food ! The salads are my favorite! Fresh veggies, the best ranch and grilled meats…. do t forget the rolls! I’ve never had a disappointing meal here. Service has always been good as well.

This is an iconic restruant in the City of Santa Clarita, it’s been around forever. Tri Tip is Fantastic with Creamy Horseradish and their Carrot Cake is OMG I have no words for that sweet huge portion of Cake Soft Sweet and Nutty!

This is my second time visiting Rattler’s Bar B Que and we really like it. The service has been great and consistent. The ribs were a bit too dry on my second visit but with an amazing flavor (that’s the reason for the 4 stars). We’ve tried other places but this one takes the trophy. My family is really looking forward to come back.

Got the tri-tip salad. For the most part, it was good. My only complaint is that the tri-tip had been diced so small that it was hard to get with a fork. I would have preferred it cut into straps for easier stabbing and to get a better flavor of the char and meat. The rolls were garlicky delicious. I could’ve eaten another couple of those
