I am actually really sick of this place. It does not matter how you order. On app? Go park. In the drive-thru. Go park.If you order inside, you have to wait forever for your food because they only seem to half care about drive-thru. I tested it today. I put in my order. Waited 5 mins and went through the drive thru. Absolutely no cars. Got to the second window, and they told me to go to the park. How is it? The app is supposed to make things easier, but this place makes everything beyond complicated. I have a toddler who doesn’t get what’s going on. He just thinks we’re leaving with no food, and here comes the tantrum. This needs to stop.

My order is always wrong. One order was hot cakes and I received a spoon when I asked why they didn’t have any forks I was told it was CORPORATES FAULT since they do not send everything they request. In that same order I received a large REGULAR black coffee instead of my order I asked for decaf coffee with 4 creams and 2 hazelnut shots. My third time I requested decaf coffee with hazelnut I received regular black coffee with the wrong flavor. I went in to speak to the manager and waited for them to make the decaf coffee. I understand we all make mistakes in our daily lives but when you ask to correct them they get an ATTITUDE! CORPORATE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED!!

Food was stale. Filet o Fish combo. Old fish stale fries very disappointing and l said the hell with going back. Its sad when they cant make your food fresh but before they leave they’re having their food made fresh off the grill. Owners when will you hold your managers accountable. Because it starts right there!!!

Came in to get some food to find 3 kids struggling to find some more change in their pocket to pay. I told the cashier to just put it on my tab and ill add my meal. Everything was paid until the kid said for some reason they didn’t give him his drink. I asked the cashier to give him a small water cup to which he replied he has to charge for it. Ridiculous customer service. The teenager was super thankful and I apologized to him in front of the manager saying “sometimes people forget we are human”. I would suggest another place to eat.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. I did a partial payment of cash and the remainder on my card. The drive thru worker charged my card for the full amount and kept the cash on August 9th a lil after 9pm. THEIF!

This is the worse fast food place I’ve ever been to . I’ve went a few times due to the fact, it’s across from my job . Every time I’ve went my order was either wrong or they forgot to make it . This time my oatmeal was water . Last straw for me . So much for my 9 o’clock break .Go at your own will
