In 1980, Mike and Fouly Frangos turned their passion for food and service into a high quality fast food restaurant in downtown Cleveland. We’re not a typical pizza shop. We’re not a typical fast casual restaurant. We are a high end fast food restaurant that serves pizza by the slice, burgers, fries, subs, and more–all under one roof. Not only do we have a menu variety which is affordable, but we expertly deliver our whole menu out to our customers. In short, Rascal House really is a different kind of pizza place!

We ordered two pizzas. Once of them was pieces of old pizza that they just put in a box. They weren’t even all from the same pizza. Why would you even do this? It’s just bizarre.

I ordered from them for a meeting and I could only choose certain times and unfortunately I made a mistake and asked for it to be delivered at 12 am. I tried to call and see if they could bring my order still but they told me that they tried to deliver it the night before so we cant order again unless we pay. I am very disappointed. We spend so much money at this location and they cant even accommodate for a mistake. I know that it was my fault but to tell me there isn’t anything we can do is unacceptable. I am very disappointed. I feel that there should be a follow up with these type of orders so people who make mistakes dont have to deal with this issue. Fortunately I am to place an order for basically the same Pizza from somewhere else and I can get it delivered the same day. For them to tell me that there isn’t anything the GM can do is just acceptable. Again I know it was my mistake but still…You know what they say Customer is always right. All I can say is I am taking my business elsewhere. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

It was the definition of a robbery, a boldface lie, or better put a scam! I ordered a $27 dollar large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheese. It might have been a little of my fault ordering it through UBER but the disappointment would affect any human being. I directly put in the notes to make sure you don’t forget the extra cheese and guess what they do? They don’t even put the regular amount of cheese on the pizza. Don’t forget not even putting around 7 pepperonis, sausages and mushrooms all together. I went back into the restaurant and the employee explained that “ we did put the right amount of toppings on the pizza”. I shock my head and left. Now I’m home. I put in my notes that I wanted all flats. Now I know it’s 2023 and thats a hard task to ask for. Why did they give me almost all drums with a half table spoon of buffalo sauce. Sorry to say spending $42 for pizza dough and 10 plain wings is totally a fraud. They got me this time but never again.

So today I stopped at this location to get my usual two slices of cheese pizza with a side of ranch dipping sauce. I placed my order with Ryan Mohney. When Ryan Mohney returned my change to me Ryan Mohney decided to throw my change at me. My change was a quarter. Ryan Mohney threw a quarter at me:-( Management did nothing to him for doing this to me!! I have never been so disrespected. I have been coming to this place for over a decade. Let’s just say that The Rascal House has officially lost my business.
