Their employees are not trained in hospitality. Their employees were short in their responses with me. After spending $83, I asked for a couple extra sauces. I asked 3 times and they didn’t even respond. Not a word came out of their mouths. I will say, the manager made the situation right and I appreciated that. I encourage the management to train their staff in hospitality and service. The atmosphere is so altered when the staff are kind and approachable.

I’m visiting from Michigan and we don’t have this restaurant at home. My kids who both live here love Cane’s chicken!

When it comes to satisfying your chicken cravings, Raising Cane’s Chicken in McKinney is the go-to spot. I recently had the opportunity to dine at this popular fast-food establishment, and it certainly left a positive impression.

Great place for chicken tenders and fries. Staff has always been professional and friendly. Food is hot and fresh. Never had my order wrong. But the WAIT can be crazy! The line often wraps around. It can even be hard to leave from the drive thru. They didn’t plan properly for the number of people. I will say the line does move, and in my opinion, they get you thru it rather quickly, considering the large number of customers.

We love canes, every location we go to it’s almost always consistently hot and tasty, very rarely is it ever not up to par. It cost more that what your use to paying for chicken tenders at other fast food places but not by much. The most expensive is the Caniac at $16 and it comes with fries a drink 6pc tenders Texas toast and a tiny coleslaw.. their menu is just chicken and we like it that way, they get to focus on just that and the taste always hits the spot for us.

We usually hit the drive thru late at night often within an hour of close. The staff is always friendly, never a long wait even if it’s a long line, and the order is always right.

I was so excited to eat canes after a couple of years. But, my chicken was pink (undercooked) when I made it home. I was so disappointed to have to throw mine and my daughters food away. And, to add on the bread wasn’t toasted. Wont be going back. It wasn’t a good experience.

I love this chicken! Some of the best fried chicken ive ever had! And the canes sauce is super amazing! Extremely fast food since they only have fried chicken tenders, texas toast, coleslaw, and fries all in different quantities and a sandwich.

The food was first class!! Access was difficult because of the heavy traffic. Avoid the drive-through – long lines. It was MUCH easier to park and go inside to order. Waiting time was nominal!
