This was my first time going to this place. The atmosphere was loud and the tables are very close as if we were one big party. The waiter was nice but I could tell he was ready for his break or his shift to end. The food was okay, not anything amazing. The salsa and chips were good but you really cant mess that up, lol. Overall, it was okay but not foe the price. Will not be returning but feel free to check it out for yourself!

old rock music playing doesn’t fit the restaurant at all.
The chips and salsa they brought were fresh and delicious. I ordered a large tortilla soup with chicken. The portion size was the smallest I’ve ever seen for a “large” soup. After one bite, I realized that all the tortillas strips and avocado pieces were on the bottom and were soggy and there was hardly any cheese. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she was understanding and insisted on bringing me a new bowl, which I explained that I didn’t need. The flavor of the tortilla soup was spot on!

Good service and food the grande nachos can easily feed 4-5 people it is huge. Good flavor made fresh and never have a long wait to be seated or served even in busier times.

Came to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and was very disappointed. Ordered nachos as an appetizer and they took forever to come out and when they did come out we could tell they had been sitting for a while because the cheese was already solidified and cold. Also the nachos did not come out how they were supposed to they only had beans, meat, and cheese on them and they were also supposed to have grilled onions and bell peppers on them but we didn’t want to make a fuss over an appetizer. Then the sever brings out dinner and brings my husband his food with no tortillas and only brings me my rice and beans and tells me my quesadilla would be right out. It took another 10 – 15 minutes for my quesadilla to come out and then we had to ask our waiter for my husbands tortillas and by the time he got them his food was cold. It’s also ironic that they took forever with my quesadilla but brought it to me with the cheese not even fully melted. The server also didn’t follow up with us until he asked if we were ready for our bill. We usually go the the location in waxahachie and have always had an amazing experience but the Cedar Hill location was by far one if the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. My suggestion save your money and go somewhere else.

We had a birthday lunch for my bestie here (there were 7 of us total), and the overall experience was amazing. The food was hot and delicious, the service was incredible (our waiter was top tier perfect), and we had an all around great time being there. I personally had their diablo shrimp quesadilla, and it was the best shrimp quesadilla I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend!

Campuzano’s is a cozy little Mexican restaurant with food that hits the spot. I was in the area and a friend suggested it.
The inside is worn but that is ok. The food makes up for it. One thing that stood out to me was their wide variety of margarita flavors. I counted over nine. That is impressive. As I’m often limited to strawberry, lime, or mango flavors a lot of times. I was blown away that they offered Banana Margaritas! I am a huge banana lover so I was as excited as a little kid at Christmas. ☺️. The margarita was delicious. It was a beautiful tropical green looking color and the banana was just right. It was not overpowering.
The chips and salsa were cool. No complaints.
Now, the star of the show for me was the Carne Asada plate. It was very good. The meat was cooked medium well and I loved it. I enjoyed the rice and beans as well. Not necessarily the best that I’ve ever had , but enjoyable.
I have gone back to the restaurant a few times since this visit. It has been on point each time. If I lived closer, I would be a regular. If you’re craving some tasty Mexican food, you should check them out.

Today we were on our way home and wanted Mexican food. Wow! So lucky to find this restaurant. We ordered fajita enchiladas and a chicken taco salad, both dishes were amazing. I looked around and everyones food at other tables looked equally good. We will make a special trip to come back. They were busy, but the staff was great. The venue is a little loud, but who cares when the food is this good.

Upon recommendation from some friends, we came to check out this Mexican restaurant for dinner.
It was pretty crowded with lots of diners on a Thursday evening but our waiter was kindly enough to get us a nice table by the windows.
Totally loved their decors and the vibes, minus the low ceiling that made me feel a bit claustrophobic.
Our waiter doesn’t speak much English which made our ordering a bit slower but we managed through. He was kind and smiled a lot.
We had a fajitas feat ( fajita fiesta) which turned out a huge looking plate with beef, chicken, and shrimp. It looked REALLY good.
I wish I could say the same thing about the taste. Chicken was a bit dry and bit burned at the bottom of the dish. Beef was bit chewy and didn’t taste so fresh. But Shrimp was just perfect.
We for a party of two barely ate half of the dish.
Restroom was super clean which was saving my overall experience here.
Minus the hall leading to the restroom was stuffed with baby high chairs.
Despite our experience with the fajita fiesta dish, I would give the place a second chance and come back next time for another dish.
A lot of people eating here so it must be something.

The food and drinks were great at brunch. I got the cranberry blush to drink and the egg white omelette and Tex Mex French toast to eat. Our service wasn’t the best, but we saw other servers giving great service, so we’ll go back and hopefully get someone else. 🙂

The food quality is quite good, inspire of my 4 star rating. Everything came out promptly and was well plated. I had combo chicken and beef fajitas, which were excellent. The sides were your typical options and I’m nit huge fan of refried beans. The margarita was a bit lacking and this is why I gave 4 stars. I wish this platform had a half star option because I would really the resturant at 4.5 stars.
