This store has consistently been one of the worst locations i have ever encountered thwy have ended up refunding me 80% of the time I eat there I can’t remember the last time I actually paid for food they so consistently mess the orders up. Attached is a picture of someone else’s order they gave me today but imagine thinking that that is an appropriate bowl that had a full ingredient list.

Half the ingredients in my bowl were not present. It was missing lettuce, cilantro and strips. Even though I ordered a bowl, it looked like a soup because it had been drowned in queso which made it unpleasant to eat. Overall, I was served a slop with meat, beans and rice. Very disappointed.

Really bummed about our experience. This past weekend. Our daughter paid over $200 for catering for her 13th birthday. She ordered multiple days in advance and when my husband went to pick up, nothing was even made. He finally got it, and came home.
1/2 a dozen preteens were starving and when I opened all the bags we were missing 1/2 the food that she ordered!!! My husband drove the 20 min back, and got the missing food. When he came back and I opened the $15 peppers and onions and there was so little in the container that maybe 2 people could have any.
I feel like you don’t mess with teens and their food, but also, there was a lot of planning into this event and our daughter was really crushed by how things turned out. The service was not great, the communication was even worse.
Please don’t order from here if you need something reliable for something like an important event.

I wanted Qdoba for dinner. Upon entering the restraunt I noticed it very unsanitary. The floors and dinning area were very dirty. I proceeded to the order line and noticed that the entire prep area was very dirty with food all over. I started an order, with hesitation as it appeared if the food had been sitting for a long period of time. I ordered surf and turf. The server said they had no steak. I then stated my frustration and how disturbed I was with the place being a mess. I told them that they should clean the place and the manager said they did not have help. I said they needed to close for an hour and clean up. They said they couldn’t. I was so upset I told them I would be calling the health department and left.

The first time we had an issue with this location we ordered on doordash and they had ran out of regular queso. They gave me Diablo in my bowl as a replacement without checking or asking for a substitute, we weren’t too worried because they used what they had. This time we went in to make sure it was correct and somehow, we missed it too, we didnt get the chips with my bowl. Twice of paying $30+ for most of what we ordered. Great people but someone is holding them down.

The service and the people were incredibly rude. The place was not very clean whatsoever the portions have gone down since the last time I had gone, including the fact that the guacamole was only like a half of the scoop they didn’t refill it a lot of the tubs seem to be pretty scarce. The lady I told her it was my birthday and she said you have to do the app. I did the app and stuff and she didn’t want to help. Didn’t want it anything I scanned it like was told and again not helpful whatsoever. And it wasn’t that busy.

This location is an absolute disaster, I am not sure who owns or manages this location but it needs help. The staff is expected to do way too much and everyone gets half effort service and rushed sloppy food. The tables and floors are dirty it’s a mess. The 2 working the line have so many to go orders there is 15+ people in line waiting to order in store and can’t because this location is so under staffed. Who ever manages this place really needs to help or allow more people to work. I would quit if I was the over worked under paid people getting there butts kicked here. Also please clean this restaurant is disguising. Out of a lot of items and how could they possibly stop to restock or cook? This location is a mess.

I wish I could give more stars!! This is the best Qdoba I’ve ever been to. It’s the absolute cleanest, most welcoming Qdoba I’ve ever eaten at. The store manager Shyanne is also so great and so kind! She’s so knowledgeable and she makes this store so much better with her presence and work ethic. Whenever I want Qdoba again, I will make sure to make the drive to the Brighton Qdoba. They do it the best!!

Ordered catering for an event since Wednesday. Showed up for pickup Sunday and it wasn’t ready, or even started for that matter. Lady simply said “it’s just the 3 of us here”. Line grew longer and longer and I just sat there running late for my event. Total joke of a place. Don’t book if your events on them providing food. I understand things happened, but making the customer aware would have been nice considering they had my order since Wednesday.

I have done Catering from this place a few times and the food is always dry and brunt so be careful.the inside is alway out of stuff and dirty not run very well. Service is hit or miss. The last time we did catering the gave us cards that they ended up not honoring and said we marked the 3x on them.
