I ordered online, when i got there i had to wait an additional 15 minutes due to back up. When I got home i opened up the bag a pulled out a baby sized burrito that could literally fit in my palm and had literally no ingredients in it. It was all tortilla. That’s a 10.00 burrito and what i got was for a child! My wife got a bowl and had only received half of her ingredients. I will never come back to this location. I will drive out of my way to get what i pay for! Worst qdoba experience ever.

Messed up our order no meat in any of the bowls. We requested a remake and just got stared at awkwardly and didn’t even get an apology just some sarcasm. I paid $65 after working all day just for an incorrect order and poor customer service. Chipotle is far superior, I will never order from here again.

Very frustrating to come in to grab an order for my customer (I am a doordash driver) and they tell me it’s been picked up. Well it looks like some random person just stole my customers order because I messaged my customer and asked them if they picked it up and they didn’t. They were quite upset. Now I am stuck in this situation because Qdoba in brighton doesn’t want to fix the problem and just remake the order because it actuality its the workers fault that the order was taken by someone that it didn’t belong to. It really bothers me how they seemed to not believe me and that’s very disrespectful. I tried explaining twice that the customer did not pick up the food and they just ignored the facts and kept saying “yeah we made it and someone picked it up.” Yeah I know exactly what your saying but my customer never picked up the order. So what do they think..People are just going to pay them for no food and bad service?

For the second time now I arrive long before closing and food hasn’t been made in who knows how long. It seems management allows no further food being prepared post 8pm (2hrs to close). When you have choices the food is typically fine, but if it’s post 6pm don’t even bother.

What’s the point of ordering online if when you show up 30 min later they’re making orders for people barely getting in line. That’s why ordering online is a thing. So you get your food faster not so you have to show up in person and wait for your food to start getting made when you ask where your order is. There was 3 guys total staffed for the whole restaurant management is to blame for lack of employees and putting unnecessary stress on the few employees that are actually here

I’ve been to this location quite a few times already and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues but this time was the worst. When I opened my Mac and Queso bowl you should have seen the face I made! Surprise is an understatement. The bowl was half empty!! Now this is the first time I’m ordering this bowl as it’s new but I don’t think I’m supposed to be missing so much food. My wife even verified she didn’t get me a “mini” version. Her quesadillas were fine but usually her bowls’ are cold from previous times. I just finished my bowl and I’m still hungry!! That’s probably the worst thing that could be said about a food establishment. Will think twice before I order from here in the future.

The young girl who made my burrito dragged it on the dirty counter after wrapping it, and it was dripping with water because the counter was wet. I said it was disgusting what she just did and she said “What? It’s just water” with an attitude. The counter was wet and had white stuff on it, maybe sour cream, I don’t know. The foil on my burrito was DRIPPING after she dragged it, and I’m the wierd one. Lmao. They won’t be getting my money, ever. Absolutely disgusting place.

I got it delivered off of door dash n ordered a custom burrito and a quesadilla . It wasn’t very good I pucked for the rest of the night after eating it. Recently I thought I would give quoba a try once again and nope! Puked again. I wouldn’t recommend eating here food is gross and stale and isn’t warm when received.

Food was absolutely horrible. Ordered two chicken bowls inside and the workers didn’t even put any chicken to match the ridiculous amount of rice and lettuce . Practically a damn salad and the price was ridiculous. Doesn’t even give military discount to service members. I’m very disappointed with the food. Go to chipotle instead
