They get my order wrong more often than not. Ordered bone-in wings, got boneless; ultimate fries to go, handed to me in an eat-in tray and their answer was to pour the whole thing into the to go tray w/o refreshing the cheese. Just a couple examples. So why do I keep going back? I work the mall, and really only have 3 places I’ll eat lunch from.

I placed an order here and after two hours waiting they cancelled my order they still have not refunded my money. I have called every single day and they will not answer the phone at all. It’s frustrating to say the least! I would really appreciate my money back

Its a hit or miss with quality depending on whos preparing it. (You can see the differences in my Bacon Cheese Fries pictures). Basically I check to see whos there before entering. The place is typically clean, I have gone in a few times during rush and napkins everywhere but usually its well kept. Every now and then they’ll have samples outside and WOW does that draw you in. I do love eating here and do recommend, just look to see whos working first. You’ll see what I mean and for any comments or Q’s our contact infos in the bio.

Placed an order, went smooth. However after I received my food I realized I was charged for more then I asked. I ordered a small sandwich, the lady even repeated it back to me. However charged me for a regular sized sandwich. Also every table was dirty which was disgusting. I don’t think the employees cared much that day.
