I’m a first time customer to this Chain . The store was very clean including the bathrooms. The staff greeted us with a smile. The food was very fresh served quickly reasonable priced. Tables were clean. Thank you very much.

Went in 30 minutes before closing. The man pictured was very rude from the moment we walked in the door and made it very clear he wanted to close early and not serve us. He very rudely said what do you want and threw everything around and slammed the food down. He said that they were out of bowls, out of quesadillas, would not be warming tortillas. When we asked how they were out of quesadillas he stated he already cleaned and closed things and would not be doing anything. When asked for the manager he stated that he was the manager, and wouldn’t tell us his name. Then threw away the food he did make, and said he wasn’t serving us. As we walked out he went and locked the doors and closed early. Why advertise that you are open until 10 if you don’t want to serve people. Super rude and unprofessional and poor choice of management. Will never visit here again.

We ordered online and had an awful experience. 1. We didn’t get all of our food so we called the store for 30mins with NO ANSWER! 2. The custom tip we did online for the driver never went through making me have to drive to the bank to get cash. 3. After all of that, to finally sit down to eat to see that they just duplicated my husband’s order so I didn’t get food since I’m a Vegetarian and my husband is not. Still trying to call and no one is answering…….how terrible of an experience when this meal ended up costing more than $60 plus gas, plus my sanity just to not even get to eat.

Horrible and exceptionally rude staff. We had the worst dine in experience today in this Qdoba outlet. I ordered two veg burritos and veg tacos. I made it clear multiple times there should be no meat. The guy who was preparing the burrito went to get the fajitas. I told the staff person who was supposedly the manager himself to entertain other customers while I waited for the fajitas. But this person kept ignoring me even when the fajitas arrived and kept serving other customers. I had to intervene and ask him to start my order. He gave a very rude expression and talked very rudely to me. Two customers in line acknowledged this man was being very rude. On top of it he was very careless with my order. He kept on dropping chicken pieces on my burritos. I had to ask him to redo both my burritos. But he messed up with my tacos and put in chicken pieces in it. We didn’t realize until we were half done with our tacos. When I complained there was no remorse in their part. Not only this, when I was trying to explain them their fault the other person came in took my bowl and threw it in the trash and said “You are done. Leave the store.” Pathetic service, highly impolite and rude staff. Why should I leave the store without I being compensated for the for your blunder. Is this the way you treat your “all” your customers?? This store is a blemish due to its staff. See below picture of my half eaten bowl whose picture I managed to get before it being thrown into trash without my consent. You see chicken pieces in it. No remorse guys, no remorse on your part.

We ordered catering for a birthday party that had roughly 15 people coming. I did 2 orders of the “taco kits for 10” thinking we would have plenty of food and maybe even some left over and I was completely wrong. As you can see from the pictures, both of the meat pans were roughly a 3rd full. I’m sure they go by weight but if anyone thinks that meat divided by 20 people is worth the $300 I paid for it (including the tip) I would strongly disagree. I will say the lettuce, salsa’s, etc…that accompanied the meat were plentiful which makes the small amount of meat I feel we received even more odd. The worst part was when we called we were told a manager would be back in about 15 minutes and give us a call regarding the order. That was on Saturday and now it’s Wednesday and still no call back. We ended up having to order pizzas to make sure everyone got food so needless to say I wouldn’t recommend anyone order catering from Qdoba. Super disappointing experience.

The skinny dark man working the register today at 5pm was so rude. I asked for chips and he went off on me(*yelled)cause i didn’t want to buy drinks. Rude. I wont be back to that location. Ive never been so humiliated in public cause i didnt want to buy drinks. Over drinks ffs!!! Then he made me bag my own food.

It was delicious food but the tortilla always gets stuck to the roof of my mouth. I was meeting up with a friend about an interview he wants to do and they didn’t force us out. So I’ll be back because you have a coke machine but you had no cherry in it. My wife and I always checks the machines before order at other places that have them. And if the cherry is out, we leave and find somewhere else to eat.

The staff lady who took our order was touching her hair and was on the phone when we arrived, at the checkout she was attempting to grab some cups and kept grabbing from where we drink from with guacamole and other food all over her gloves, I asked her to grab from the bottom. She took the gloves off and then grabbed again from the top with her hands that she was just touching with her hair.

It sounds cliché, but it was just ok. Some of the rice was hard and they didn’t put shredded cheese in my item. The employee didn’t assist my friend in front of me before assisting me. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great.

Not great at all. Almost no steak in the burritos, they were pretty much just rice. The quesadilla was pretty much just 2 tortillas with a tiny sprinkle of cheese to hold them together! With so many options so close, don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!!
