After all the buzz about the “new” KFC nuggets I was excited to give them a try. Certainly from a size aspect, these nuggets look nothing like the commercials. These are on par with Chick-fil-A size wise, and the flavor wasn’t all bad. The flavor initially tasted very salty, but I did leave the drive thru with no sauce in my bag, so that influenced my total satisfaction for sure.

Took 2-3 minutes before any employee approached us at the front counter. There is an automatic door bell that rings when anyone enters the store. The manager came out of her office twice before an employee came to take our order.

We came tonight about 9:20-9:30 thru drive thru. Ordered a 3 white meat piece meal and a tenders meal. Apparently they were out of pretty much everything and without saying anything while we were there, substituted all the chicken to 3 of the most dried up nasty wings I’ve ever seen. Also decided to change the mash potatoes to Cole slaw. We had to wait while they made fresh tenders so I don’t understand why the chicken pieces weren’t done then. They are always nice at this location so I was surprised when I called when I got home how my call was handled. I was told since they close soon- they were out of everything so they just substituted. I said without asking people if it’s OK. I don’t like wings. I would have ordered something else. No apologies nothing. 31.00 for chicken and it’s in the trash can. Get it together kfc

Lobby is locked. We drive a large delivery vehicle and can’t go through the drive thru. No signs about the lobby being closed, not updated only as drive thru only.

The young man who took our order looked like he didn’t know much about the register. Took him a moment or 2 efore he realized and even said something about the 2pc meal only having one side. He didn’t even offer to add rhe other side on. I ordered the 3pc tender meal I got 4 which wasn’t bad. I tried to eat 1 but could not; it was rock hard and cold. I took it back and after standing at the counter for a few minutes the young man came up to take someone’s order and the gentleman motioned foe me to go first. I explained the issue with the tenders. The young man had to go to the back to ask. He came back and was like we can replace them; the new 3pc was actually hot and fresh. When I went to refill the drinks they had no tea in the lobby so I asked if I could get some. The manager said something to the young girl on the drive thru who was looking at her phone. I handed her 2 cups 1 with ice and 1 without. Instead of asking if I wanted ice n the empty cup she just did it and then put tea in it. If we had wanted ice in it then we would’ve done it. Do restaurants even care about the customers anymore? We are their paycheck basically. Needless to say I very seriously doubt I’ll be back any time soon.

Two stars only because of the lack of cleanliness. Check the grime in top of your tea containers, the stickiness all around the soda fountain, etc. Your restaurant is dirty. While waiting on our food last week, we had to listen to the ladies preparing it talk about a co-worker. Not a good presentation for your establishment.

I ordered a leg and thigh meal and it was nothing but slime. It was like chicken that was put away for awhile and then heated up in the microwave.

Like so many other restaurants in our area. The service is deplorable. My husband stood at the counter for 10 full minutes without even being acknowledged. I finally walked up and got some attention as an employee came around the corner. It’s shameful that employees cannot simply acknowledge you to let you know that they are paying attention. I gave them some free advice about acknowledgement and I’m sure that it fell on deaf ears. Par for the course
