I don’t know if it’s just the night shift or what. However, every time I come here after a certain time the food is not fresh. If I order a 6 piece spicy wings I want my wings to be even distributed. 3 flats and 3 drums not 6 over sized drums. At this point I think I give up on even coming to vinton kfc I’d rather drive all the way to Williamson rd.

My husband a disabled veteran and I visited this location on 1/31/26 and were the only car in drive thru. My order was taken and I sat at the drive thru window for ten minutes being ignored. We finally went in to ask about our order and the manager Mandy went off on my husband who is a veteran. He simply asked if we could pay for our order and get it and she refused him service. Mandy stated that that door dash comes before live customers in the drive thru and she did not care that he was a disabled person. Even the door dash driver that was there told her not to speak to him so rudely. We left and went to KFC on Orange Ave and received polite and quick service

Extremely rude staff & not a single item ordered was correct. Don’t waste your money here, even the McDonald’s down the street has better customer service.

I tried to place a $24 call in order to pick up in the Drive-Thru; was told I could not do this, that I had to download the KFC app. and place see my order there. I’m going blind due to hereditary glaucoma and had no one to help me do this. This was not their concern, they only fill App. ordes for pick up. Needless to say, I didn’t have chicken for dinner, instead it was peanut butter and jelly and I was able to save $24 plus tax.

After all the buzz about the “new” KFC nuggets I was excited to give them a try. Certainly from a size aspect, these nuggets look nothing like the commercials. These are on par with Chick-fil-A size wise, and the flavor wasn’t all bad. The flavor initially tasted very salty, but I did leave the drive thru with no sauce in my bag, so that influenced my total satisfaction for sure.

I don’t know if they are seriously short staffed but sitting at the drive thru more than 5 minutes just to order is ridiculous
