First time to this place and received the worst experience ever. When I went to order food, Tamika was giving me an attitude. Apparently she didn’t hear me even when I pointed at the bowl. I ignored her attitude and continue with my order. When we finally got to the last condiments (sour cream bottle), she purposely threw the sour cream filled bottle to the other bottles after she squeezed some onto my bowl. Like threw the bottle, like a child, with an attitude. Luckily the lady that checked me out was nice. I was going to leave but decided to sit down. The place was dirty. Empty tables weren’t clean. I will never go to this place again and will not recommend people to go. This kind of service will never be tolerated in my place of business.

Clueless management. While providing what is otherwise decent fast food, the store is woefully mismanaged. I showed up today and yanked on the door to find it locked. There were customers inside ordering and eating, so I knocked on the door thinking it was accidentally locked. The person behind the counter completely ignored the knocking. When the person at the register got their order, the cashier let the person out and locked the door again. Didn’t even respond to my question asking what is going on. The customer had to do that, telling me that they were understaffed, so they decided to close. Hadn’t anybody had enough sense to post a sign on the door or something? I can understand having to deal with staffing woes, but practice a bit of customer service, please.

The grill cook Olivia has a great personality! I wait for her shifts, because my food is better when she cooks it! The manager at the store Tamika is amazing… I look forward to the atmosphere and laughter when they are there. Best Qdoba in the area!

I work nearby and I often get lunch for the office at this Qdoba! They always take very good care of us! Usually the wait is not too bad and the food always tastes fresh! The employees are very nice and helpful especially Kevin, he is almost always there when I go and he is super fast and very friendly! Going to eat lunch here today!!!

Usually like Qdoba however this location most definitely needed more help and help that cares about what there are serving you. Never have I had someone just slop everything in to my bowl and get food everywhere. Simple fix. Hire more workers that care about the products.

Place is unclean. Tables are so dirty many times and they do not clean often. I asked a small cup for drinking water and they were running out of it. So I asked, can i take the bigger cup instead to drink water but she refused it. So no good gesture for the customers. Food is good though. This Qdoba needs attention. I’m visiting this Qdoba only because there is no other Qdoba or Chipotle nearby.

Worst adobe location. Employees are rude and just chat with each other, totally disengaged. Have to repeat what you want at least 3 times until they listen and even then you have to correct them about what you ordered. Will never prompt you for salad dressing or anything that should be put in your order. Have had this happen multiple times in person and through Grubhub. Will gladly drive to another location until this qdoba gets sorted out.
