An hour before closing time, the lady turned my son away saying they were “out of food”, but they weren’t he said. I told him to go back in and he did, they turned him away again. That was not acceptable so I went in… they had plenty of food but they were trying to clean up and close early. I wasn’t having it, and told them I wasn’t leaning without food. The lady begrudgingly made my bowl and was not happy about it.

I arrived at the store around 10:45 PM with my three daughters, only to be met with outright refusal of service from the manager, who identified herself as “Kay Kay.” Without providing any explanation, she told us they would not be taking any more orders. Moments before, I witnessed other customers walk in seconds in front of us and receive full service. She instructed her staff to prepare those customers’ food—despite allegedly not accepting orders.
To make matters worse, a DoorDash delivery driver entered the store, and once again, Kay Kay directed her staff to prepare that order right in front of me, further emphasizing her decision to ignore us entirely. The blatant double standard and lack of professionalism were shocking.
When I attempted to document what had just occurred by taking a photo, she mockingly called me “weird” and reiterated that they still weren’t taking any more orders. I pointed out that I had just watched her authorize two bowls to be made right in front of me, which made her refusal even more absurd and disrespectful.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

Visiting for a graduation and was hungry. Much to my joy this place was directly across the street, the staff was nice and made my husband a nice sized burrito which he said was quite tasty. I ate the queso and chips and it was hot and a little spice but very good. They were clean inside as well. I will see if Georgia has one too because they are better than many commercial Mexican places I have ever been too

The absolute worst. I ordered a STEAK quesadilla with pico, queso, and fajita peppers…. Simple right? What I got was literally a cheese and pico quesadilla. I thought no big deal the door dasher I ordered through said she would gladly drive up there if they would replace it. When I called the store the female worker said she wasn’t remaking nothing. I spent 22 dollars on this. And to be told they won’t fix it is beyond me. TERRIBLE QUALITY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND REFUSED TO MAKE MY ORDER THE CORRECT WAY!!!! Terrible business!

I was looking around for places that are open a little later than usual and came acrosd Qdoba. I stopped by and ordered a chicken bowl. The prepper seemed attentive, but it later turns out was not. By the time I got around to eating I found out that no chicken was added to my bowl. I was even charged for it as well. I had thought the prepper put chicken in the bowl. The bowl was still good, but I did not appreciate the inattentive demeanor. Side note: I eat with my hands sometimes.

Update! After customer service reached out and asked for a second chance. We came back and the difference was night and day. The young lady the took our order was pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there! The food was awesome. See my photos!In stark contrast to this visit that preceded it. Went here to grab a quick bite. When we walked in the man behind the counter told us it would be at least 20 minutes before we would be able to order. We asked for water while we waited. He obliged and gave us two small cups. He then went about his task which appeared to be organizing or cleaning up. As we got our waters two people walked in and got in line ahead of us. No more than 10minutes had passed, yet he began to take their order. We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere.

My first ever Google review…..it was that bad. The quesadilla is not even edible. Meat was greasy and literally dripping out of it. I went after the lunch crowd, so I’m assuming I got the meat that was sitting around. One piece had hardly anything in it. Outside had old burnt cheese on. I tried it thinking it may just be ugly, but still tasty. It was horrible. Went straight to the trash. VERY disappointed. Only positive was the friendly lady who gave me my order.
