Good Mexican food is hard to find in Delaware so I was so excited to find Taco JARDIN. I love the food. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and love it all. They operate out of a food truck but it’s great food, super quick, great prices and it’s always amazing. I definitely recommend the Barria tacos and I personally love the steak walking taco and their queso is amazing. Seriously tho, everything is great. I definitely recommend you check this place out if you’re in the area.

Just went here for a late lunch, my sister got chicken tacos, her boyfriend got birria and I got the fish tacos and chips and guac. The food was really good, I think the guac is a little bland for my liking but definitely would eat here again! Super nice workers too ☺️

Regretfully, this will be a pass for me. I paid $16 + 20%Gr for a steak mango quesadilla and it was gross… 2oz of steak at most and 1oz of mango were smothered in a ton of tasteless cheese that was pure grease. The entire meal had zero flavor, it was dead chewing gum. Workers seemed like good folks, truck and surroundings were very clean and neat. For $16 I expect at least as much meat as a McD hamburger.

Tried first time at 8pm during the week. First thing the guy told me we are out of steak and out of pork which I don’t eat anyway. So I got chicken taco with sour cream for an extra .50¢. Taco compares with McDonald’s for size but theirs is only $3 instead. Taco Bell you can get three tacos for like $5. Not much sour cream was added for 50¢ but had good taste. Cool night I sat outside with my tea I took with me close to the fire pit watching a firetruck return across the street. Lights were on of course and pleasant atmosphere for a date night. Women will take your glass of wine order from inside & bring it to you is a plus if you feel like spending even more money. My honest take is unless you’re on a date & sit outside then go to Taco Bell you & your woman could drive to the lake & watch the sunset with alot more food to fill you up. Otherwise I will be going back to try the steak but my guess is it’s no larger than the chicken I had. Good atmosphere I think I saw sign that said kids under 12 have to stay outside anyway be advised. More a date night spot than regular dining like the Diner or Waffle house.

Taco Jardin can nearly always be found at Painted Stave Distillery in Smyrna as well as various other locations. Their food is top notch! They have various kinds of tacos, chips & guac, ceviche, and many other delicious options. Pictured above are the crab ceviche, and the steak and mango tacos. Check them out if you get a chance!

Found the truck at Mispillion Brewing and had a great time. Chips and questions were good – the queso was a little thin, but had great flavor. The quesadilla was really good. We’ll definitely find this one again to try more.
