Apparently today was an off day. Ordered coffee with cream, no sugar. Cost was $3.19, paid $5, left remainder for tip. 2 miles down the road, discovered I was given black coffee, WITH sugar, no cream. Smh. Drive thru attendant was definitely not feeling it today either. Her demeanor was disappointing. Some days are good, some days are bad. Today, well,… I’m just thankful things aren’t worse.

Good service, but the food and coffee were not the best. Ordered veggie bites and was delivered cheddar with bacon. The sourdough sandwich was too dry. The cappuccinos were water with some flavor.

I usually have no complaints or issues at this dunkin location however today I was highly diasppointed. My hash browns were soggy and I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese with chipotle sauce. There was absolutely NO chipotle sauce on my sandwich and the bread was smushed as if someone stomped on it. NOT OKAY! please do better

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and there was green stuff on it like they spilled something on it and still served it. I got a coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and they did not put extra sugar.

This Dunkin’ is always a hit or miss. I find that the quality of food/drinks are better in the morning but the service is so slow. However if you go in the evening everything tastes like it’s “leftover” and stale.

Lady was very rude at the counter. I wanted six glaze, six chocolate glaze. That’s it. They were out of glaze which was fine, though mind you, my order was not last minute. I asked for all chocolate which she refused to sell me because it would take all but one chocolate glaze donut. I understand, but she did not have to speak to me so rudely as if I was a problem for asking for it.

This Dunkin’ Donuts experience was particularly disappointing. I ordered a toasted white chocolate ice latte, but it arrived without the customary whipped cream topping. This oversight is unacceptable, as whipped cream is an essential component of this beverage. I have personally encountered this issue on multiple occasions, and it is imperative that you improve your performance.

this is the WORST dunkin i’ve ever been to! i ordered a grilled cheese and a frozen hot chocolate, the sandwich i ordered was UNTOASTED AND HALF EATEN! and the drink took an additional (no exaggeration) 10 minutes!! Then as we were leaving, the cashier looks at us and says “i don’t know if that’s your car or an employee in here that smells like that, but it smells like weed” ???? first off why would you say that to a customer?? never coming back here!!

I ordered a delivery with a small latte w cookie butter and sugar. They gave me one w a loooooot of expresso and didnt even mixed the flavor and sugars pls measure the expresso according to the sizes this looks like 5 large double shots.

Placed a mobile order. Got in line to pick up at the window and had been waiting for more than 25 minutes. That at 2:00 on a Saturday would not expect this length of time. Sitting in one spot for more than 10 minutes
