I don’t know if management or staff changed, but this location has been on a fantastic upward trend. Service is excellent, everyone is friendly, flavors have improved 10 fold since they opened. The order seems to always be correct, unlike other local places, and the portions are always excellent and consistent. Keep doing what you are doing, the quality has really improved!

I love Qdoba, but this location was a Sad experience: We came in and the only reason we were served was because an off-shift worker was eating and went to call the others from the back. I asked for the Queso Burrito and they didn’t put queso on the burrito or ask if I wanted Sour Cream. We also ordered guacamole, which not only was closer to a full avacado with too much lime, they also didn’t care enough to take the skin off part of the avacado. In most cases I just let this stuff slide, but the effort put forth gives a bad name to a franchise that is usually a go-to for me. Glad I don’t spend too much time in Collegeville.

scoops maybe 20 grains of rice into my burrito. scoops five beans into my boyfriends bowls and he actually has to courage to say something unlike me. when he asks if he can have more they say it’ll cost extra. find out at the end they’re out of lettuce, they close in 3 hours though so how is there no lettuce? wegmans is across the street go get some it’s that simple. i spent 24 dollars for a burrito and a bowl that they barely filled, looked like kids meals. i can’t believe they looked at us with straight faces thinking they were the ones making sense. never will be going again. and the best part is that they don’t care in the slightest. just absolutely terrible service.

We ordered food for a party at the park. The food was delivered on time, the person delivering the good arranged everything. The food was delish, there was enough food and sides. The delivery came with plates, utensils, serving spoons, and the serving trays with heat gels. Overall a great experience.

I went to this location today around dinner time they were very busy but doing the best they could to serve everyone. There was a customer in line behind me whom asked for an item that was not on the menu. The employee kindly told her they don’t offer that to which she said “yes you do im going to tell you how to make it.” Initially I couldnt tell if she was joking because the way she said it was so rude and without any regard to the response she just received from the employee or the consideration of the other guests waiting in line. The employee reiterated that he could mot make her something that was not on the menu and the customer acted shocked and started getting loud with him. He kindly told her that he did not appreciate how she was speaking to him and she ultimately decided to leave the restaurant without purchasing. Im sure this customer will complain and I hope her complaint does not affect his employment because he was not in the wrong.
