The food was good. But I made a mobile order and went to pick it up, and the lady said nothing came in. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she went and got another employee out of the back, and he said someone had stolen my order. So the lady said she remembered someone coming in saying they had a mobile order, and when she asked for the name, the person said yeah. Why she didint ask for confirmation that this person made the order? I have no idea lmao. Some people aren’t very bright, i guess

Whenever I see the opportunity to buy fsst food, I always want to go to this subway. Absolutely loved the service. Always nice, always understanding, and always all around, just give a good vibe. My sandwich can vary from one or another, but the food always comes quickly it’s incredible. The only thing I have a problem with is the atmosphere. It just seems too open and most times feels empty, but hey, it’s a Walmart. People aren’t going to buy subway . What do you expect? 9.7/10 would recommend

Old dry shredded chicken comes on the chicken bacon ranch now… according to the young lady working no way to sub out for the once original version without up charging you a couple times… yep IL take my money somewhere else.. I’m almost 7 months pregnant so maybe my craving has the best of me but I seriously don’t see why it can’t be subbed out?? Staring at 3 types of chicken but you have to get this one?? Wtheck

Was here yesterday and it was the worst service i have ever had in my life. If i didnt have my kids with me i would have said way more than what i did. The guy was so impatient with me. Rolled his eyes and was cursing under his breath. No name tag so couldn’t get his name but i was the around 4:30-4:45 yesterday april 6. This is the only subway open around me. Shame i will not be going back. And the place is disgusting. Not clean at all and they do not wear mask right. Nose and mouth out in open. Someone needs to clean this place up and fire that guy and fast.

I’ve been here twice, and each time I stood at the counter and waited for an employee. No one comes. I’ve rung the bell, made eye contact with the workers in the back, and attempted to ask for service, but no one would come to help me. They continue talking amongst themselves. I guess they figured out that if you just pretend there are no customers, you don’t have to do any work.

Poor service, poor sandwich making, and awful customer service. Mind you every time I’ve been to this location, I’ve usually had a stellar experience until today. The older woman that was making my sandwich was rude in regards to wanting to make another customers order, didn’t put what I specified on my sandwich, and overall horrible tone. Won’t be coming back.
