Ordered online (which I always do) but this time, they charged me twice for one order. I made it known that I only ordered once, I even showed PROOF, and explained why I would like a refund. I was told the was nothing that can be done which is flat out ridiculous.

Location is very nice and no problems with that but when I was ordering the lady talking my order cut me off plenty of times because she assumed I wanted one thing instead of letting me order so instead of ordering my foul order I just got one thing since I proceeded to get cut off. Then when I got my smoothie is was watered down I assumed she just put way to much ice in my smoothie before blending it. I’ve came to this location many times smoothies are usually always fine but employees using ignore you or have attitudes.

I wasn’t even able to place an order. Literally two crackheads we’re in line taking over 10 minutes to order. You need to teach employees how to not entertain this type of behavior from people clearly needing attention. People with real jobs are actually trying to go to work and specifically drove out of their way to come get a smoothie and did not have time to be held up by two crackheads without a job that don’t know what they want to order. She should have told them to step aside and when they knew what they wanted she would take their order.

This location sucks so bad. The employees are crazy unprofessional and the quality of the smoothies never match with other pulp locations. I will say the morning crew is wayyyyy better than the afternoon crew and there are a couple girls on that shift that I do like. Other than that they really are terrible and I live across the street and will travel to Parma instead.

I love Pulp and would choose you over Robeks any day any time! I literally order the same smoothie all the time, Kale KA-POW. But no matter what location I go to near the Cleveland area the only location that gets it right, blended perfectly is the Clifton location.

I don’t know why I keep giving this NEW location a chance. We are here at least 1x a week and will start driving the extra 10 mins to go to a different location. They are SUPER STINGY w/ their bowl toppings. Since they opened I have had to ask “Can you make sure you put more than a tablespoon of granola and coconut (which I am charged extra for) Tonight I sent my daughter in to order and I got a TEASPOON!!! Last week I got a dirty look from a teen male worker when I asked the girl who was making the bowls to add more. Its just not worth the aggravation, I shouldn’t have to ask every time! This will be our last visit.
