We have eaten at the one in Franklin many times since we live local therefore once we learned about this restaurant in Chattanooga we had to try it. We got here around noon and 20 minute wait for party of 5. We got the table closest to the entrance which stunk because so many people crowd around your table waiting for their table. I basically ate lunch with the next twenty people in line. Our waitress took our drink and food order at the same time which was great. The ice tea and Bloody Mary came out quickly but in a kids cup but luckily we found out they were only $4 so drink up. Then we waited which was close to 20 minutes for our food to come out. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but our waitress did not communicate any. For lunch we got kids Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries, overall not bad nor good. I would not get again. Then we got mojo burger, blt, wings and sausage and cheese player. Honestly we were so hungry we ate it all but the wings were very dry and absolutely needed sauce. The cheese on the platter was hard and old. Definitely not recommend the cheddar but the sausage was delicious. Overall sadly I and my family again we will not be back on our next trip. We will try a new restaurant.

Ok so overall it was great but there were some disappointments. The app we had was the fried green beans, it was pricey considering what it was but we really enjoyed and the portion size was great,3 of us and we didn’t finish it because there was plenty. My wife got the BBQ platter and it was on point, very good. The portion was great and it was good BBQ, the vinegar in the coleslaw was a little strong but not if you ate it with everything else. Let me say I know Mac and cheese, I eat every where. There Mac and cheese is perfect!!! I paid $30 for Mac and cheese in DC last week and the Mac cheese here was way better and it cost me $4 as a side. I got the steak and that was the disappointment, it was $32 and completely bland, it just lacked basic seasoning, I used some sauce on it which helped a little but it’s frustrating to pay so much for something that is fairly easy to do and yet it falls short. Golden Corral steak I had last week was better. Like I sad it was sad, but honestly everything else we ate was perfect so I’d still eat here I’d just not get the steak. My daughter had a kids meal and really liked it. The peach cobbler desert thing was killer. Great beer. The bama mosa beer was delicious. The live musician did well. All that being said the highlight of the night was Trinity our server. She was freaking awesome, she made great suggestions and was very friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy. It was expensive but I would gladly go back just for the fact that our server made the night, give that girl a raise or hell her own franchise.

Waited a little while for service. Had to ask for drink refills. Wasn’t too busy but service was a bit slow. We were holding our credit card out ready to pay for 5-10 minutes before she got the hint. A glass was shattered at my feet. My pulled pork with bean and sweet potato fries was good but he said the ribs were so fatty that he left half a rack to throw away. Both of us needed tums because we were belching bbq for the night. The corn cakes were the only thing that stood out to me as new and exciting.

Massively disappointed in the quality of the portions and the service that we received from this restaurant. I had always heard such fabulous reviews about them and we were interested in trying them particularly the mac and cheese. However the portion that we received was aside at best. It was in a side to coach container that was only half full. It did not come with any of the additional bread only the barbecue and a thin layer of mac and cheese. It was not large enough for one person by a long shot. I’ve included a picture of their seat because they charged us $16 for half of a side. We did originally give them the benefit of the adult and try to go in to fix the order however when we went in with the container and told them they had mistakenly given us a side as the entree they told us that was the portion size. After avoiding us for several minutes because they didn’t want to talk to us after they had given us the food.

Pucketts menu is easy, the service is amazing and the food will leave you craving more and more. Did I mention they have a full bar, live music and it is very kid friendly. Don’t try the Mac and Cheese because I ate it all!! It’s absolutely perfect!!!

Very convenient restaurant in downtown Chattanooga next to the Aquarium. The food has a southern flare with BBQ options, a meat and three option, great hamburgers, a menu that changes daily, etc. All can be found online in their menu section. Local musicians play at lunch and in the evenings. The food is a four out of five stars and is reasonably priced for what you get.

Found when searching for good BBQ downtown. Great find. Bummed that we missed out on what looks like a great breakfast menu. However, awesomely satisfied with lunch. Race reviews from the table!! Must stop.

We had the chicken salad and boy was that good. It was finished off with a cherry cobbler. Add in the blackberry sweet tea and you have the flavor of the atmosphere at Puckett’s. Enjoy! We did.

Tennessee hot Chicken sandwich was a wonderful welcome for the palate. Service was on point, and although it was a very busy wait, after a 30-minute wait it was well worth it. Our waitress was great at her job. Refills on our beverages never let anyone go without. Next time we are in Chatanooga this restaurant is a must. The walls are adorned with musical nostalgia which creates a wonderful ambiance. The downtown location is perfectly situated right beside the Tennessee Aquarium. The menu has many choices to select from. I Highly recommend this establishment.
