I wasn’t totally sure about this restaurant when I made the original reservation, but I’m glad I went here. The food and service were amazing! It’s not as “fancy” as other steakhouses, but I’m ok with that. Overall, there are no complaints from me, and I would come back again.

We visit Vegas often from NJ. We always do fine dining. After hearing such good things about Gallagher’s, we decided to make a reservation. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointing our experience was. We were seated at our designated time. Our server Kana was a very nice person but inattentive and dismissive. He did not introduce himself . He was kurt. Came up to our table and asked if we were ready to order. Not the usual, hello or welcome. I had to ask for his name. He did not ask us if it was our first time dining here or if we had any questions about the menu. The runners did all the work. My husband ordered the new england clam chowder which he enjoyed. It came out right away. The bread was ok. After an hour waiting, Kana never came over once. I politely asked another server if he could ask Kana to come over. He said he would but never did. Ten minutes later I had to stand up and flag him down as it was the first time we had seen him since we placed our order. I told him it’s been over an hour and if he could check on our food. He did so. He came back a few minutes later and said 5 mins which turned into 15 min. I ordered the chicken dish. It was a big portion. Very good and lots of flavor. My husband ordered the filet mignon. He ordered it medium. It was cooked wrong. It was prepared medium well. Very dry and over charred. Kana walked by very quickly once and asked how we were doing, not stopping to wait for our reply. If I answered him he would not of even heard my reply that’s how fast he walked passed us. Completely dismissing us. We finished our meal. We had to flag down a runner for a dessert menu. Kana 20 minutes later came by to take the rest of our order. We ordered the toffee ice cream dessert. My husband and I shared it. That dessert came out in a timely manner. It was good but forgettable. Had to yet again flag someone down to retrieve our check. Gallagher’s was a one and done for us. We will go to places such as Joe’s, Mastros or Golden Steer ect…. Where the food and service is always impeccable.

As a highly acclaimed steakhouse in Las Vegas, I was eager to sample their renowned offerings. However, I was pleasantly shocked by the exceptional quality of their halibut dish. The fish was expertly cooked with a rich and flavorful red sauce, accompanied by thin and crispy potato slices. This combination made for a truly outstanding meal. The service was exceptional, with our server being both fun and efficient, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless. Our glasses were constantly refilled, enhancing the overall ambiance of the restaurant. If you are ever in Las Vegas, this steakhouse is a must-visit for those seeking a remarkable culinary experience, especially for those looking for the best halibut dish. This restaurant truly delivers on its promise of exceptional food and service, making it a standout dining destination in the area.

A classy establishment with stellar service and good food. The ambiance consists of white tablecloths, black and white photographs of people and horses tiling the walls. I had a NY Margarita, which was excellent, while my husband had a beer followed by a great house Merlot with his meal. Our server brought out bread and butter, and the basket included an especially good, thick white bread with cranberries. My meal was the salmon, which was perfectly cooked. It came with four large asparagus artfully arranged beneath it. The sauce was divine. My husband had a ribeye steak, excellent quality, cooked right to the medium rare he wanted. His fries on the side were thick cut and great. For dessert, we shared a sticky toffee pudding. It included ice cream, whipped cream, and a pool of toffee. A perfect end to a meal.

This is a good steak option. Macaroni was delicious. French fries were very good and crispy, asparagus needed a glaze or more flavor, filet was good.

We enjoyed our date night on a Saturday evening. We had early dinner reservations for 4:00pm (we ate early to catch a 7:00 show). We were seated promptly and the service was top notch. We enjoyed shrimp cocktail and cocktails – all were very good. We both ordered the cowboy Ribeyes and they were good – not as delicious as we have had at other steakhouses – but they were good. They were cooked to our liking but the taste was just just good. I added some salt to mine. The creamed spinach was good. We also loved the cranberry bread! Our server was excellent and it was an enjoyable evening out!

Medium well steak shouldn’t be bloody. The medium rare steak we ordered was more cooked than the medium well was. We ordered a half pound of Alaskan crab and when the server went to set it down the juices spilled all over my lap on my dress and on the chair.
