Waited 20 minutes for a KIOSK FOR HERE ORDER. Manager tried to say they called me, but I thought they were supposed to bring my order to me with a table tent. When I got my order it bagged to go, but that’s not what I put in my order. McDonald’s is probably short – handed as well as employees and management who are too hyper-focused on to – go, drive – thru, and delivery orders….it’s obvious with all the noise in the kitchen. I didn’t like see flies flying around in the dining room. They need FLY/PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT.

They were busy and backed up. It didn’t flow like a fast food place should. There was no one up front to help people with getting cups or placing orders or to tell if you need anything else. The manager was very rude when I told her I was missing half my order and started making excuses that I didn’t ask for. I was just politely informing half my order was missing and we needed it. She started blaming how the ticket read and I felt like it was my fault when I know it wasn’t. It was just rude. One burger was also made incorrectly but we just kept it so we didn’t upset her more.

Every staff member was nice and apologetic except the manager in the background constantly yelling at staff. Yelling “what’s wrong with you kitchen” and “why is no one helping out front” yet is stationary yelling orders. Everyone seems to be moving but her. Had to wait 20 minutes, but food was hot so time (and management screaming) are the only things to note.

Wait 5 + min to order. Then got the order wrong when I pulled up the lady was on her cell phone. Then I had to wait for a ice coffee. That I watched them make for someone else in 1 min.

You should really not serve food past its hold time it’s just WRONG! The burritos I bought at the drive thru were old the cheese was coming out the end and the tortilla was hard on the other end! Of course I was at work already! Do better and follow the standards that are in place for a reason.

On order number 638 I was given a plain regular cheeseburger instead of a McDouble with slivered onions. It was for my roommate, he’s upset. Can you give me a correct McDouble next time I go in? It would go a long ways towards making my roommate like McDonald’s again

Ordered at kiosk. They’re supposed to bring it to my table, thus the table marker. Just fries and hot fudge sundae. 20 minutes later, still no food at my table and they can’t find the order. she said they made it then threw it out.

Waited in the drive thru pickup line for 25 minutes. I finally parked and went inside to get my food. They just forgot to bring it to me. By this time it was cold. I also watched the staff argue with an elderly couple who was trying to order at the register. The staff told them to use the self serve kiosk or leave and walked away. This place needs new management or owners. Don’t bother going here.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I would give zero stars if it was possible. We got nothing but attitude at this location, and then on top of that we discovered the bottom of our apple fritter was covered in MOLD. Got no apology when we got our money back for a CLEARLY EXPIRED PASTRY… As you can see, there’s two mold spots in the case- some poor soul probably ate their pastry not realizing. Disgusting and absolutely unacceptable!

The drive-thru is always a long wait. Staff doesn’t know what they have. My husband went through the drive through, ordered food, waited 25 minutes without the line moving. Got out of line, just to be told they were closed. It was even closing time. He asked for a manager and never got one. They never put the order in and then refused service. I told him to avoid this McDonald’s before he even went.
