Best pizza I’ve ever had. I got the garlic and butter sauce as the base. Light weight crust, and perfect browning on the surface, as you can see in the picture. Excellent!

The food was amazing as always! I was taken care of immediately and treated with the utmost respect. A young lady by the name of Kaylee was working the counter and made sure my order was handled properly! Prior to writing this review I was reading some of the others and disagree with the comments made by one individual. My experience was nothing like his. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again soon!

Absolutely EXCELLENT service!!! First of all the pizza is fantastic. Great flavors and lots of options. My daughter threw a party the night before a holiday and twice as many kids as expected showed up. We placed a huge order without prior notice and they came through. There was a delay but they called, explained, apologized and filled our order perfectly. The quality was as good as ever and they kindly threw in a little something extra as a “peace offering.” The Clevelander is one of my favorite pizzas of all time. This is my new go to spot. I can’t wait to try more of the specialties! Super thanks to the delivery driver who came in on an off day to pinch hit.

Love this pizza!!! Today I ordered a large pizza with pep,saus, and cheddar cheese…it was amazing!!!! Every time I order its always ready when I pick it up. Michelle always takes great care of me when I order and u can tell she cares about her job by the product she serves. I highly recommend Primoz!!!

Amazing pizza. Flat out. Remember Pizza Hut from the ’80s and ’90s? Better than that. Before they opened up on the east side of Cleveland we’d drive 45min West just to get pizza my son could have. He has a gluten and dairy allergy, they can cater to both. Recently we ordered and the nice woman taking the order wasn’t sure what ingredients were ok and what weren’t and she sent us photos of the ingredients for both the gluten free and cauliflower crust (Their regular crust is made in house and is great, the specials are boxed to prevent cross contamination I assume). We saw that as above and beyond service to make sure our son was safe. Very appreciated.

Tried this pizza because I got a good Groupon deal, boy was I surprised how good it was. Not only was it the perfect thickness, some pizzas are so thin it’s like cardboard, but the sauce cheese and topping ratio was perfect. They even offer vegan pizza, which isn’t my thing but it seems be popular. My aunt is so picky about her pizza and she loved it.

I tried this place twice. The first time, my fiancés debit card hadn’t been used in days and immediately after buying through their website, had 6 fraudulent charges. Had to have a new card ordered. Second time, ordered on the website again for an order for pick up.. the website gave me two errors both time I tried to submit, but charged my card successfully both times. I called the restaurant and was told this “yeah this happens..” but the charges should fall off my debit card within a few days… I won’t be trying this place for a third time. I am so upset.. I only gave them 2 stars because the slice I did have.. the pizza was decent. Not enough to go through getting another new debit card of have orders charged twice but “never received”. Then deal with following up with them in a few days if my card isn’t reimbursed. It’s unfortunate because I love leaving positive reviews.. but this ain’t it.

Picked up a half sheet, wings and salad.for.dinner Friday. Everything was delicious as usual. The pizza sauce is so good and I love the cajun seasoning on the wings. Oh and they have dessert now, tiramisu….so good!

Well I ordered chicken fingers n a small pizza delivered to my hotel. I’m a block away from the store. Kaylee took my order n proceeded to screw it up. Sent driver to the wrong hotel…sent bbq sauce instead of hot sauce…I asked for dishes n knives n forks n plates…got the plates but no hardware…her answer to this was for me yo hood to the front desk to get them there. By the time my order got here everything was cold…NEVER ORDER FTOM HERE AGAIB …ESPECIALLY IF KAYLEE IS THATING THE ORDER!!!
