First visit to Monkey Town, won’t be the last. Lots of beer choices to please anyone. My wife and I each got a flight and loved every selection. The Valley Girl Juice Cleanse Key Lime sour was our favorite.

Really good place to eat & drink, and it’s off the beaten path! Be sure to ask what the process is at the bar as you enter.

TOTALLY AMAZING little spot that flies under the radar. Their in-house craft brews never disappoint and change seasonally to keep things fresh. Also, the food here blows me away every time, never had a bad dish and my wife and I go here at least once every 2 weeks so we’ve tried just about the whole menu. Consistently awesome with great prices and portions too. Wish they’d expand to a downtown location!

Fantastic! Everything about Monkey Town Brewing was great. Great atmosphere, great beer and great food! This would certainly be a go to joint for me if I were local.

Great beer and food. Large menu. Indoor and covered outdoor seating. Dog and kid friendly. Good sized parking lot with several motorcycle spots by the front door. Slow/no table service, so we went to the counter multiple times to order and close tab. The yellow card at each table is great in theory, but not in practice. There is a 2.5% fee to use credit card. Pay cash to avoid the fee.

Tonight was my first visit to the new Hixson/Ashland Terrace location, and I was more than pleased with everything! My friend and I were warmly greeted by the lady at the front door register area and was very cool about helping us decide on our adult beverage choices (we both started by getting a flight).

This place is awesome! The service is simple and right to the point, you start your tab at the bar and they come to your table and take your order so you don’t have to get back up! The food is amazing and comes out super quick!! This beer is some of the best I’ve had all in chattanooga, they keep their styles classic and traditional! The staff is very friendly and are quick to great you with a smile and a “how’s it going!” This is the perfect place to come and bring your family and just sit back, relax, and have a beer! I will for sure be back!!

Great little place to enjoy the weather, grab a decent bite to eat, and enjoy a local brew. I was greeted swiftly and given a menu. I enjoyed the hummus and vegetable platter and a fruity sour beer. I sampled a few others and enjoyed them all but settled for the fruit one because it was different and frankly just plain old good!

Went there for dinner tonight and left without getting to order. When we walked in we were required to open a tab and told we could get our drinks out of the cooler. I asked for a glass of ice and she poured me a glass of water. We went into the dining room and the only clean table was a 6 top. There were 2 of us but we sat anyway. The next two couples that came in sat at a dirty table. We followed the instructions and put our yellow flag up to order. While we waited I wanted to order a beer and at the bar I was told to either take a picture or pull it up on line. (really is printing out a beer list that hard? or post it in the main dinning room). The din of conversation was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak and after 30 minutes I went to the bar and closed my tab. (6.60 for to cans of Coke) When she asked me if all we had was two Cokes I said “Yes, no one ever showed up to take our order” She said “Oh.” (not Oh I am Sorry just Oh.) At the same time a couple that came in after us approached the bar to ask why no one has taken there order. The entire time we were there the only person we saw in the main dining room was a very young busser/food runner who was working his tail off. Also every time I walked up to or past the bar there were the same 4 young ladies laughing and standing around. I am very glad there are other breweries in the city because I do normally enjoy them but I will not be back here.
