If I could give this place a 0 I would. Horrible customer service, employee rude. Food under cooked !! Also they only have 1 thing on the WHOLE menu. The person, would never come out to help. I was watching employee make the gyro, he heated up the meat and when he noticed he didn’t heat up enough he through cold meat on it. I’ve been extremely sick since eating there. Interrupted me the whole entire time.

I was thoroughly impressed. I got the lamb kabobs to go. Ended up eating the whole thing in the cafeteria of the mall. Well seasoned lamb and not over cooked. The rice was perfectly cooked. The hummus was outstanding. And the pita was delicious.

Didn’t get to get any food from here. They should take down the menu and just put whatever we want to have since every time I have come to the mall. I try to get a Philly from here always out. I can see why they never have any customers. We ate and sat awhile at the food court which was pretty busy not one person stopped here for any food. The guy just leans and stares at you. Creeps ya out. So bad customer service lacks any food that’s is shown on the menu. Should just close down.

Went to the mall today and stopped in the food court to get a gyro. When we got to the register, the guy inside didn’t even greet us, he just said “we only have gyros”. He said it three times before even coming up to the register. Finally he walked up to the register and once again said “we only have gyros” then he walked away and went to the back away from where we could see him.

I love this place. Whenever I’m at the mall I make sure to get my gyro fix here. Very generous on the beef and cheese whenever I get a beef gyro. Baklava is very good too, good for a a sweet craving. Somewhat pricey but the quality is there for justification. Nice man who runs it as well.

Worst service ever!! We ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwiches and he put lettuce and tomatoes and tzatziki sauce on them like a gyro. When we asked him to remake it like it showed in the picture he refused… gave me cash back and refused to give me a copy of my credit card receipt saying there was no way to give me a duplicate! Then I asked to speak with the manager… he claimed he was the manager and his name was Morgan and there was no one above him I could speak to and that they had no phone number for their store. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! We will never return
