Giving this place this rating simply for the fact that everytime that I’ve ever tried to give this place some business they’ve been closed. And never at 10pm but in the middle of the day. Actually they were open 1 time that I went and the second that I came thru the door the person inside said we’re closed at 3:30 on a Wednesday or Thursday. So they may have great food but good luck showing when they’re open to serve it to you

OMG!!!! I had the chicken and waffle one day and it was great. Today I order the pork chops with mac and cheese and yams my husband order the same with the greens and yellow rice. It was so good we ordered a second time the same day. We then had the turkey ribs with cabbage and more yams. It was sooooo good we had to call and let them know how great everything was. Everything was season perfect. If you haven’t been or order , please do this place was great !!!! Thank you guys for taking me back home with the best plates I had since I been here.

Nice variety of American food and soul food with breakfast served until 2pm as of now. Turkey used instead of red meat to season the greens and there are turkey breakfast meat options! Black owned with a sweet decor. Call in your order so it’ll be ready for you when you get there.

I ordered a bake potatoe loaded with vegetables from uber eats and it was delicious. I later came to the restaurant to try something different than before and I chose one of the meals. Yes, the area is a bit rough but it’s all about supporting small and upcoming businesses. I enjoyed the food but the service needs to improve. Face to face interaction is not their strong suit

I don’t know if it was a bad day. I ordered meatloaf and it was terrible. It wasn’t cooked throughout. I don’t know how you can mess up on meatloaf. They were out of cabbage so she gave me greens. The greens were ok. I won’t be coming back. Disappointed.

It’s always a pleasure coming here, the food is delicious, the owner and the people that work in the establisment is wonderful, the new menus and setup fits the decorum. I’m never disappointed when I take a bite out of any one of the selections on the menu. My favorite is the stuffed potato with chicken, but i always substitute the potato for yellow rice and it’s DELICIOUS, along with the veggies and cheese that’s included with the item. Also the mint and strawberry lemonade is TO DIE FOR, you can barely taste the mint leaf in the drink. Enough rambling I have done, but my advice to anyone looking to try something different, open your mind and explore the delightfullness that this place has to offer. You can Thank Me Later

I have been following this business on Instagram for quite some time due to Funky Dineva. I knew it waa mostly a catering company but I was pleased to learn they actually opened a location to the public that was stationary and not mobile. Mobile catering is big here in Atlanta. Meaning they prepare food off site and then they throw up a post stating where you can pick up your food if you place an order. Pop up catering.

Been coming to this location since they opened and today they just lost my business. I’ve ordered through ubereats and in side the store and never paid over $30, today I decide to send my child to this location for a ten piece and burger combo surely behold the bill is almost $30, called to question this error and miss lady was as rude as it gets didn’t even give my child a receipt for her cash purchase and insisted they give a receipt upon request since when? I’m just over dealing with people such as this who see kids and instantly think of overcharging them and when called out she wants to yell and hang up in my face. I even wanted to add something on and she gave my daughter one price not knowing I was on the phone, I go to Uber eats and the price is drastically lower than what she gave my child (smells fishy to me). I’m over this restaurant but this is not how you treat people especially when their spending their money with you. Good luck with everything but never again will I refer another person or give my money to this business. Just so you know; because your located in the “hood” doesn’t mean you have to be rude and act hood, without your customers your business wouldn’t thrive.

Poor customer service. I contacted this caterer on Facebook to discuss options for my wedding. I clearly spelled out what I needed. Their initial response was there price range ($35 for buffet and $65 for plated). Her follow up sentence was “what is your budget”? I literally told her down to the side dish what I was looking for and even told her I wanted a quote for buffet for 125. Her follow up response was “what is your budget”? I responded saying that we were exploring our options and just wanted to see what was available. She responded that it is very time consuming to do quotes so she wanted to know what I wanted I.E. What I could afford. Totally distasteful. I immediately cut our conversation short and will be taking my business elsewhere. I wish people would take their business more seriously and learn not to judge people when you don’t know anything about them. I can see why they only have 1 review on yelp (which was probably written by someone from the company)…However I digress, I would not recommend doing business with people who have poor customer service.
