Natalie a Barista at this location is amazing, I thought the Hibiscus Iced Tea tasted like bath soap (sorry, it’s just not great…) & she recommended Peach Green Tea instead & it’s delish! Very nice service overall. Thanks!

Usually not a huge fan of their hot coffees, always taste a little burnt, but I love their frappuccinos! However the main reason why I’m leaving such a good review is for the baristas. They’re always so kind, nice, and brighten my day! If any of them are reading this, I hope you’re having a wonderful day

The cashier was sooo nice! But the barista made such bad coffees. It was the worst coffee I’ve had in my life. I went with my parents and they both got a matcha iced latte. I asked the cashier for super light ice which she said she would write it on the order (and she did) and the barista DID NOT DO LIGHT ICE! The barista never even called out my name or drinks until I decided to walk by to see if they were ready. Barista never offered straws, I had to ask her several times. I paid for extra caramel drizzle & my drink had barley any Carmel (IT WAS NOT EXTRA AND IT WAS NOT DRIZZLED AROUND THE CUP) anyways the barista was yikes. Also I’m a former Starbucks employee, I would have understood if it was busy but it was just us.

Starbucks is always a solid place to get a decent, predictable cup of coffee. I have food sensitivities, and have found I can safely consume cold brews and americanos without gluten contamination issues. I wouldn’t try a frappeccino or other blended drink, since the machines are shared between drinks and contamination is very likely. I know a lot of folks will bash them for “burnt beans”, and as a fellow light roast lover, I get where they are coming from. But as someone who has few safe options for food and drink on the go, I appreciate that I am able to consistently get safe drinks from this brand.

Always… Always … have to ask to get my hot drinks extra hot because the temperature of the drink is always room temperature. Almost even cold for a hot drink:-( Also, really and I mean really, pack in the mornings. Sometimes the line will extend pass entrance to the outside. It’s rare to be pleased with my hot drinks. Not having the right temperature kills it for me. Also, the fact that they run out of bagels all the time and never seem to stock up on any pastries:-( that’s just lazy.

It’s a shame to have a certain time posted for your opening hours and then have staff that fails to open on time. I sat outside sitting for over 25 minutes but the store never opened. While I sat waiting 7 people came and went. It’s such a waste of our time and gas. What a dissapointment. Also from watching her set up this morning, it doesn’t matter that you wear gloves if you are on your phone and then touch the food, that’s unsanitary your phone is dirty.
