1st time to pick up a bunch of meals for my husband & I. Grabbed a lot of the discounted meals. Threw them in our freezer except the salmon & turkey meatloaf we wanted right away. We LOVED it!!! Super convenient & lady working your store today was very friendly & helpful!!!!!

I work out at Crunch & was super hungry after a workout. I didn’t want to go through a fast food joint & ruin the good workout I had. I walked into prep’d to take a look around. Grabbed the grilled chicken, jasmine rice & broccoli. Exactly what I was looking for. While this isn’t something I will do continuously, it is a great alternative. Will definitely come back.

Food is good and they take the guess work out of eating clean. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is b/c the guy working at night is about as friendly as a wasp after you knock its nest down. I’ve been multiple times and it’s always the same so it wasn’t a 1 time experience. A lot to be said about friendly and helpful staff.

Fresh convenient food, however, I spent over $100 on meals and asked for a little ice or an ice pack because I wasn’t going to be home for a few hours. They came out with an ice pack that probably cost them.50 cents & said they would sell me for five dollars… NOT COOL PrepD

I have been ordering from Prep’d for a few weeks now and I really love it. The food is amazing and with five kids, 4 in school, 3 in sports, it helps me out so much. More than that though, there was a hiccup in my order and it wasn’t processed. The Owner reached out to me personally. He fixed the issue, gave me a coupon for next time, and then offered to deliver my food free of charge. I’ve never had an issue before. When something goes wrong though you tend to get a little frustrated. Jason went above and beyond to turn that frustration around and that speaks volumes about who he is as a business owner and how he conducts his business.

I am the happiest sister, thanks to Alisha!! I live in Georgia, but wanted to get a gift card for my sister and her fiance who live in Yukon. I called and explained to Alisha, and felt as though I was talking to a best friend! She is going to mail a voucher to my sister, and decorate it some for Christmas. I am ELATED! I tried and tried to find a place I thought my sis would enjoy, without all the CARBS, and ran across Prep’d online. I KNOW she will LOVE this! Thank you Alisha!!! Wish i could give you a hug!

In OKC for a 2 month work trip, I decided to give Prep’d a try after a friend recommended them. Living out of a hotel room is difficult when it comes to food prep as most of us live off fast food. Prep’d has kept me sane! These meals are absolutely amazing! I started out getting these for dinner and now get both lunch and dinner. The honey teriyaki salmon, chicken quesadillas and turkey meatloaf are my top 3 but nothing disappoints! If you log your food like I do, they conveniently list the protein, carbs and fats in grams on each package as well as the calories. Give them a couple day lead time and stop in to grab your order. The staff has always been super helpful and kind even when they had a very busy weekend and my order was slightly delayed, I was compensated in some protein cookies (which I hadn’t tried) and now I order those too! Price may be a little high for some but the food is fresh and there’s nothing left for you to do besides eat! You can’t go wrong with this place for prepped meals!

Salmon is unbelievable and chicken enchiladas are crazy delicious and pancakes are absolutely phenomenal. Sides aren’t too flavorful as they don’t season them much but a little salt and pepper go a long way. Quality is top notch and freshness is always delivered. I also enjoy the protein patties. Jason, the owner is about customer relations and customer service and passionate about serving high grade healthy products for the busy lifestyle. And their staff is always friendly and accommodating. If you don’t see something you like in their fridges, which stay full, you can always custom order. And we reuse the containers for our own leftovers and food prepping at home! I highly recommend them!
