The food here is super tasty and healthy, which I love! Customer service really helped me out when I couldn’t place my order online for delivery because it was short notice (wish that part could be a little easier). Their help was much appreciated. Seasoning is perfect, and everything we ordered was delicious. The chicken quesadilla is definitely a favorite! Can’t wait to order again next time we’re in town.

I ordered this online to send to my friend who just had a baby so that she wouldn’t have to worry about cooking but it never arrived. I sent her her details and all her information was correct, the order had gone through & said it would be delivered on the 19th of Jan. It is now the 30th so now I have to try and get my money back. Went in to get my dad 4 easy meals for the weekend. After checking out and spending over 50 dollars, I realized all but one expired the following day! After calling the woman said she was sorry but couldn’t do anything because they had already closed. The employee suggested I come in the following day tell the worker on the shift what happened and see what she could do for me. Like is there not someone that takes the almost expired meals out of the fridges? I needed the meals to be a healthy dinners for my dad (who is battling cancer) for the weekend and I’m very disappointed wt the way it was handled.

Amazing food, and amazing service. I’ve been loving the convenience of having this type of service available to me! Makes my life so much easier, and keeps me on track with my diet. Meals are tasty and extremely consistent, both of these are vital.
Not only is the food amazing, the customer service is even better. Twice in the few weeks I’ve placed orders to be delivered. And unfortunately we’ve had weather issues, but this didn’t stop Prep’d from making sure I have my meals available. The manager personally called me the first time to let me know my meals would be delivered early to ensure I’d have them available. And just now, at almost 1 AM… I just received my meals delivered before the winter storm hits in the morning.
I wish I had placed the order earlier to avoid them having to stay working late in the cold and go out of their way to do this … but WOW! That is the epitome of good customer service.
