We are in the process of moving out to Parker. My kids and I had the good fortune of meeting part of the family of this lovely family owned business and then had the blessing of trying the macaroons! I snapped a photo of the macaroons and it could truly be printed and framed for art. They are heavenly tasting also! I am making a mental note to make this bakery my “go-to” for special gifts (teacher appreciation day!) in the future! We will be back many times. Thank you guys so much.

If you lift an almond croissant to take a bite and you can SMELL the butter BEFORE you taste it…well you’re in the right bakery!! Tucked into a strip mall (welcome to Parker!) it is clean as a whistle which always garners big points with me. Greeted cheerfully and assaulted in the most delightful way with delicious aromas of baked delights, it wasn’t hard to pick an A.C. as it’s always my go-to. Without a doubt, BEST filling EVVVVVER!! Perfectly balanced. Not to sweet but not sacrificing anything. I prefer my croissants on the less crunchy side however, which is almost impossible in dry, arid Colorado. So although I would have preferred to take large bites into something a bit softer, I’ll settle and eat all the crunchy ends first. I got down to one last center bite, and my only thought was a satisfied sigh, “Wow! That went too fast!”
