The appetizer was great but the meals were just ok. Not a bad place but not my favorite place for Italian food.

We went to have lunch yesterday and I can say is the most terrible italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the hostess mad as soon as we got in, the food was bad, from the presentation to flavor. I ordered a chicken marsala and it was everything excepet a chicken marsala. The sauce was something completly different and greasy, and the chicken was bad. The rest of the plates were the same. The glasses of wine were terrible and not the type of wine we ordered. The only thing I can say good about this place is our server, who was great and kind to us.

Came by this place on my vacation with my family. There was options for everyone and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff and customer service are top notch. If you’re looking to have a great night out with great food and drinks look no farther.

Food was fantastic and at a good price. Portions were enough for two meals, really. Service and atmosphere need some improvement to come up to the same level, seems like only the chef wanted to come to work.

Waiter was super friendly, but offered no bread to be put on the table, while other tables had bread on their tables. Main Food was okay, appetizer didn’t taste fresh, soup tasted bland. The desert was awful. How could you mess up a tiramsu? I won’t be back when there are better options around.

Needs salt! But texture was good. The antipasto was great and well prepared. The florentine was the best! But the only thing this place needs is SALT! And price for all this was $100.00 so I think it was a good deal. Best place for next day reheat Pizza in the pan.

Very disappointed. The calamari was rubbery and not sure what they use for breading, but it tastes like flour with no seasoning. We tried a variety of dishes and most were watery and lacked flavor. The service was not great, nobody greets you. I do not recommend this place at all.

Worst lasagna I’ve ever had. Super bland, barely layered. The tomato sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can and the meat was very bad.

My first time ever at a Portofino. I guess the best way to describe my experience would be to say it’s what you would expect from a franchise Italian restaurant. It’s not bad, but it’s not spectacular either. The appetizer calamari was not great, and the salad was fine, but when I asked for balsamic dressing, it was balsamic vinegar only. My main was chicken marsala, with linguine, and that was pretty good; the mushrooms were fresh. In summary, it’s definitely not fine Italian dining, or even Mom and Pop authentic Italian dining, but rather your typical franchise Italian dining.
