I visited Taco Bell late at night, and I just want to give a shoutout to one of the employees. There was a guy cleaning, and he was genuinely so nice and kind. Even though it was late and he was busy working, he had such a positive attitude and made the place feel welcoming. I’m really glad I met him—little interactions like that truly make a difference. Great service and great vibes!

Go to Mexico and get yourself some authentic Mexican food. You’ll probably be back before they have your food ready anyway. This location most definitely did not get the memo on fast food. The employees running through the kitchen and horse playing instead of making my food was a nice touch. Also the employees sitting outside for 30 minutes plus was nice as well. It really pulled everything together on being one of the worst locations I’ve been too.

Every time I go to this location, I get ridiculously rude and unprofessional service! I’m pretty sure they did something to my wife’s Mountain Dew. It tasted different and weird. I’ll never go back again! I will actually call the manager tomorrow. This can go unnoticed. Nobody ever apologizes for their rudeness. Even after I call them out on it.

had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I placed a vegetarian order through the Taco Bell mobile app, requesting black beans instead of meat because I’m Hindu and do not eat meat for religious reasons.
Even though the order was placed correctly, it was prepared wrong, and I had to return to the store three times just to get it fixed. The employees were rude, dismissive, and showed no respect for my dietary or religious needs. No apology — just bad attitude and poor service.
In total, this situation wasted nearly 2 hours of my time.
Additionally, when I was there around 12:30 a.m., the manager admitted that a minor was working that late, which I believe is a violation of Indiana labor laws. This raises serious concerns about how this location is being run.
This store needs better training, accountability, and respect for customers. I won’t be coming back, and I hope corporate investigates this situation seriously.

When people ask for a large nacho fry at least please make sure to fill the carton this is sad. This is how I pulled it out of the bag when I got home.

Worst taco bell ever. Go there if you want a lettuce taco. They put no meat on anything even if you buy extra meat they still put no meat of anything. Thanks for $18 worth of tortilla and lettuce. They never do a good job. Will not be going there anymore. Franklin is way better and worth the drive!

What was five stars and hopefully will be again, is now not suitable for the 1 minimum. But for this moment in time my opinion is everyone that was working tonight around 3 AM, if you weee involved in the preparation of food, you should lose your job. When you bite into a crunch wrap supreme and it chips your tooth because they make the shell so overcooked and so hard that you can’t bite through it, You should lose your job. The only item I got that had no issues was a beefy 5 layer burrito. How it escaped unharmed is a mystery. 3 stackers, the crunchwrap, just beyond words. As for the chalupa, maybe it was good, but it wasnt given to me. And that small bowl of potatoes you sell, is already small enough without going skimpy on them. And you should probably add napkins and cutlery to the sack, makes it easier to spit out what hurts you and the couple potatoes easier to eat. The Pepsi was good, and might have filled me up except every sip makes my tooth hurt worse. I have spent countless dollars at this location, I mean a lot. And until this it was my favorite one to stop at. Stones Crossing gets my business for now on, they still have employees who are happy and proud to have a job and do it correctly. As I said, you should all be fired. But my dogs thank you I guess, my stomach and tooth however, are done with you.

Definitely not worth the stop. I ordered 2 chili cheese burritos and a midnight mt dew.
The chili cheese was cold. That was the nastiest surprise I’ve had in a long while. Both burritos.
Seriously Zachary H? That’s pathetic, even for fast food standards. I’ll be calling tomorrow and leaving a complaint with a manger that hopefully cares.

I understand the food industry is difficult but there was 2 pieces of chicken in my 6 cantinas i ordered. No acknowledgement from staff after saying please and thank you. Spent 40 dollars for terrible hard shells with some shredded cheese and terrible attitudes. Did not even answer the store phone when trying to call for a refund. Terrible location that went down hill further
