I’m just happy they were open! The new owners are getting the kinks worked out I hope. The food is the same it seems. So that’s good. The service was great. My 5 yr old granddaughter was very picky, and at times needy ♀️. (Reg fries/curly fries, 1 scoop or 2 of ice cream and that’s after asking what every single one was.) Abby, the young girl working behind the counter, never got irritated at her, or acted like she’s was a burden. My rating would not have been this high a month ago , simply because they were never open. So I have high hopes based on my recent visit.

Been 5 years since we were there last. we were greeted not with anything close to welcome to porkys…no, we got ” cash or card” and the two young ladies maybe over high school age bicker …train your people better. Wife ordered the corn dog /fries , i got fish n chips. Both sweet tea beverages. Our meal comes. Its definitely hot , fish was breaded , bland, dry overdone and burnt on one end. The dining area might as well been outside because it was at least 85 degrees. The meal cost $24.23 . Tip left was $6 at time of ordering . Should have waited to finish the meal before tipping. At least $5 too much. Wont go back if this is the best this place can do , especially after a management/ owner change. Food obviously came out of a freezer bag and into grease that was overdue for a change-out. Reduce the menu to about 1/3 of what it is, and focus on quality over quantity. A friday fish fry should be way better than what we had.

We got the big BBQ sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger with a side of mozzarella sticks. The food was so freaking amazing I thought I died and went to heaven. Will definitely return!

The pulled pork is how bbq is supposed to be it doesn’t need sauce to taste smoked would definitely recommend it to a friend. However the poboy was not nearly as good but the bbq is just that good that’s why I rated it 4 out of 5

Never open. Well that is not entirely true. They must be a secret club that shines alight in the hevens the day they are going to be open to alert the members of the club they are going to be open. If you can catch them open stop in. Great for lunch. And the steak is a top 5 steak.
