This jersey mikes is one of the best I’ve gone to. I really enjoy the sandwiches, hot and cold. The #13 Sub inns Tub is my go to (try it out.) The customer service is probably some of the best in town honestly. They always work very efficiently. They’re kind & helpful. The inside is always really clean & so are the bathrooms. Been going here for four years now. This jersey mikes used to be great, but it has gone downhill QUICKLY! Don’t ever order online because there’s a 75% chance your order is going to be incorrect. Even ordering in store, there’s a good chance they’re going to forget what toppings you said, so make sure you watch them. If you order anything with bacon, ensure you ask for the bacon, because they will probably forget it! Jersey mikes corporate should do a quality assessment on this establishment.

Bought a supreme club on Rosemary bread, the bread was so hard I could have broke a wall. I don’t know how long they let that bread sit there but it must have sat there a long time cuz it was hard as a rock.

I’m a doordash driver in Altus Oklahoma, my first order at Jersey Mike’s today had an issue with the order which was they didn’t have a particular flavor of chips, so I had to wait for the customer to respond with a substitution. As soon the customer responded with their substitution I grabbed the flavor they wanted the manager then told the workers that we need to make sure everything is in these bags. I let her know I was waiting on a substitution and as I was explaining it she cut me off and said I’m talking to my employees have a good day goodbye I’m talking to my employees that was very unprofessional and I doubt I will be personally eating there as long as that manager is there.

Picked up a mobile order to take to eat lunch with my husband…. Service was so slow I had to drop off lunch and get back to my own job… I believe they thought I was a food delivery service pick up…. Which shouldn’t matter… But they feel those can be delayed. Don’t offer the service if you’re not going to hold to it. #EveryOrder Matters #WeAreAllCustomers

Good customer service even though there was only one person working at the time. That made for a short wait while she made the two sandwiches ahead of mine, but no big deal. Everything was fresh, clean, plenty to choose from, & made to order. Would stop here again if in Altus… one of my favorites back home.
