Attempted to pick up orders from Popeyes but got inconvenience twice. After 9 pm the doors are locked to the lobby. They should have a better system to pick up orders for deliveries instead of making us go the drive through line. I’ve picked up at McDonald’s in the past and the made these adjustments to accommodate drivers. I will never pick up from Popeyes after 9 pm any longer as I went through the line for nothing. 2 times in a row that they couldn’t fulfill the customers orders. Informing me this information at the window instead of through the speaker box. Just take a step back and think this through to make sure everyone has a good experience because drivers are picking up orders for customers. Have drivers pick up their orders at a door instead of waiting in line will make things run a lot more smoothly and shorter lines as majority of the people in line is probably there for an order. So please make these adjustments to keep fellow delivery partners or otherwise you’ll lose business as I refuse to work with Popeyes. Do better!

Ordered a three piece chicken, tender meal, and what I got was a small handful of soggy fries, and when I got halfway down through the fries, I found four small pieces of chicken. They looked more like large nuggets two of which were mostly breading not the kind of chicken tenders you would expect. I’ve gotten far better quality and size for a fraction of the price at the diamond city market in Seattle, I remember when Popeyes actually used to be good now it’s just disappointment in a box

60* mins in line waiting to order. One person working the desk who is not able to do one more than one order. Uber eats and mobile not being filled until they also wait in the line. Horrible service. Worst ever …. Not to fault this lady. She is alone and overwhelmed… shame on the management!!!

Ok so, I went in today for some chicken, from walking inside I’ve noticed some red flags. The floor was so awfully slippery if I wasn’t aware where I was walking and misstep my foot I could’ve fall down breaking my head risking an injury. The lady who took my order was an ill-manner racist old woman with an extremely poor body language and bad customer service, she was showing off like she doesn’t want to take my order. The only redeeming factor was the very nice manager who offer me some fresh apple pie for free. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve give the service rating one star. If anyone come in and craving chicken avoid the lady with a wooden cross necklace and red hair, she’s so unfriendly.

The spicy chicken was excellent best sandwich I have had, it is way better then Chick FIL-a, it stayed crispy the entire time. The front server added extra pickles to cut the spice and it was just right. I do not like to evaluate ambiance or atmosphere because face it, it is a chain but it was clean, good temp control which s important because it was 91 out side, and we are Seattle region so we were definitely feeling it, but it was comfortable. I bought a 12 peice for the family so my night was great

The worst experience…took about an hour to get through the line just to order. After waiting in line, the fries were cold and stale (like they’ve been sitting out for a while) burgers were just put in the bag, unwrapped, unboxed, fry bag had a huge hole in it, so fries were everywhere in the main bag. I can see clearly that the employees were snacking the whole time I was waiting for my order. Not a good experience at all.

Sat in Drive-thru for 40 min. 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me. The staff was gracious but when I finally got my food, the fries were cold and the chicken wasn’t what I ordered. It cost me $1 per minute to get cold food I don’t want. It’s the 2nd and last time I go there. I’d go all for my money back, but it’s simply not worth it.

We ordered food for delivery at 6:45pm on July 4th with an expected delivery time of 7:30pm. At 7:37pm our door dasher called and said we had to cancel our order because they were closing in 20 min. We only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, wings, and mashed potatoes… if that can’t be done in 45 min, or even up to 5 min till close, give us a heads up much earlier than 7 min post delivery time otherwise you waste mine and the dashers time. A previous time I went through the drive through then had to wait 45 min in the parking lot… Love the food here but management sucks.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I went in to get a fairly simple meal (chicken sandwich, fries, and a biscuit) but the wait was 30+ minutes. Workers were out of it and rude and uncoordinated. Tons of ubereats workers were missing orders. They forgot my fries and I had to practically beg them to give them to me, since the workers kept ignoring me. I got through the whole thing of fries to find a hair in it that is definitely not mine! I am so disappointed… I didn’t have high expectations to start with as it is fast food, but this was even worse than I couldve imagined
