Not as delicious as it used to be 🙁 The lobster and shrimp linguini was lacking flavor, and the calamari had too much breading. However, service was impeccable, and the appetizer biscuits are always to die for. However, the overall quality is kinda going downhill.

Food was fresh hot and delicious. Different variety than I expected. The waiter was attentive professional and courteous. The tables are sticky. The booth seats by the windows are awesome. Love the rewards app. Portions were plentiful. Love that they gave me a lot of broccoli

Oops this Red Lobster did it again, Washington road in Augusta. My coworker friend and I ate here again for one of our monthly get togethers for camaraderie and relaxation from the job. The time we arrived was at 4:00 p.m. and our server was, if I can recall his name, is Demarcus and he was my bartender. Let me just say again the food was amazing, hot, fresh, etc. The service was awesome and we really enjoyed this visit to Red Lobster.

The restaurant was pleasantly attended for our weekly family luncheon. I tried the current special. The food was delivered to the table promptly and presented well. I had a shrimp trio of scampi, popcorn, and pasta. The cheddar bay biscuits were hot and delicious! The portions were perfect; had leftovers for dinner. We easily dined in and were on our way to continue Sunday family day.

Quindeina, who was the server, was very knowledgeable of the menu. Have not been to Red Lobster in many years so decided to try since it was close by. The food is pretty good and not to expensive. You do get a lot for the price and it is served hot . Atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable.

Food portions have diminished in half (including no salad to an Ultimate Feast) – prices up; plumbing fixtures in ladies room need attention; tables are sticky and everything needs an overhaul. I will commend the menu and taste of food is still traditional Red Lobster which is what I was craving. Drink menu is great! Barbara, our server is AMAZING!! The staff we interacted with are wonderful here!! Corporate needs to pay more attention to details of aesthetics.

I had an awful experience when I visited the Gordon Hwy location. So when it was so refreshing to have Barbara serve us. She was kind and offered great suggestions for the appetizers and entrees. I will definitely be going back to the Washington Rd location and I’m requesting Barbara. The manager Pat came to our table to discuss the meal and shared my concerns and ensuring that my experience and expectations would be great…and it was!!

Barb was an amazing server!! She was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. The food was great and tasted fresh, though the portions do seem a bit smaller than they used to be. The tables were a little sticky, not because they were dirty, but because they’re older and the finish appears worn. Overall, we had a good experience thanks to Barb’s excellent service!

I haven’t been to the Red Lobster in awhile. We had a big party for a retirement luncheon. And, we had only 1 server. She did good, but a manager should have assigned one more server to help out. Just a suggestion.

Horrible fried flounder. Happy Meal size fish portions. This is no admirals feast size fish portions. Two stars, yes the lobsters are red. But everything else has gone downhill. It’s freezing in there. You have to wait a very long time for your food. I even called ahead to pick it up. I waited 55 minutes for dry fried seafood that taste and look pre battered and frozen. Then dropped in to grease that was old and too hot of a temperature. It looks like fish, shrimp, scallop, and clam chips. You have to dunk it in tartar sauce just to make it edible. I’ve Never seen flounder pieces in a restaurant that tiny.
And WHOOP- DE- DOO!!!!! They apologized for the long wait and gave me extra biscuits. I had driven too far to just leave. The crab legs were the only good part. Make sure they are giving you bairdi crab legs if those are what you order. They are more meaty, sweeter, and cost more( $5.00) than the snow crab legs. Anyway I won’t be returning just for crab legs. I can do that myself, go to other restaurants, or even krogers. What happened? Bringing crab legs won’t fix that fish. Where is it coming from? Why are the portions happy meal size? Good luck.
