This location never has the order ready even if you order through the mobile app. This time I went and stood under the “mobile order pick up” sign. Employees were in front of me, but no one made eye contact. After a few minutes I told them I had a mobile order. The “manager” I guess, with the black shirt on, went and picked up a receipt and asked if that was me. I said yes. She told me nothing. Continued working. Everyone on the line got their order, and there I was, still waiting. After waiting for a while , one employee pushed the order my way. Didn’t say anything. I asked for a sauce. She says it’s 25c. Another employee gave the sauce to another woman for free. I was ticked off. I told them I had been waiting for so long, and just left. Got home, and my sandwich had yellow uncooked batter or something that’s yellow. Super disappointed!

I called to simply ask a question. I lost my wallet in yesterday and the person who answered the phone was very short. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I then asked what is the protocol if someone leaves their wallet, ID or credit/debit card. She proceeds to put me on hold, then hangs up on me. I called back and no one answers. This place is unprofessional and I will never do business there again!

If I could give it a zero I would. I went for lunch, and waited over 40 minutes. When I walked in, there was one person ordering in front of me with 3 employees at the same register, nobody else waiting, and chicken sandwiches and fries on display. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a large fry. Somehow they completely skipped me and I saw at least 8 customers come in and out before I got my food. I had to go up and ask about the delay and clearly I was skipped but they didn’t acknowledge it or tell me how long the wait was going to be now. They had to place a new order because all the sandwiches were gone from the shelf, so they gave them out to the people after me. And they kept my receipt so I couldn’t reference it. Worst thing that can happen when you’re on a time crunch.

This is the VERY BEST fried chicken place you can go if you wanted the best tasting fried chicken! I’ve pretty much ordered and tasted every fried chicken meal they’ve made and I have yet to be dissapointed. From their sides to the fried chicken itself, I don’t think you’ll ever go wrong on whatever items you order here and I highly recommend this place!

I love this Popeyes aesthetic in an ironic way. The shopping center is pitch black at night, and on this occassion when we rolled up to the store the sign was flickering on and off like I was visiting at Halloween. Truly spooky vibes, and I love the fried chicken sandwich ha. If you get takeout have an air fryer at home because the food is either soggy before or after it goes in the bag not sure!

Dirty area even when theres barely people eating inside. The floor is sticky and theres a lot of wrappers and some spills on the floor as well. Chicken is lit. People do tend to take time to prep.

I rate this Popeyes on Santa Clara a solid three. The food gets a three because it is often luke warm at best. Service is decent, but take-out order has been wrong on several occasions, so check yours before leaving.
