I pulled into the drive through 40 minutes before closing and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and received my total. When I pulled up to the window, the worker apologized and told me that “There are only two classic chicken sandwiches left for the night.” I asked “You can’t just put sauce on them??” She told me “noo sorry”. Unreal. Definitely the dumbest fast food interaction I’ve had in my life. Don’t bring your money here.

HORRIBLE! THE DRIVE THRU ASSOCIATE (the receipt said her name was Nayelli) WAS RUDE! SHE WAS GETTING MAD AND GIVING ME ATTITUDE BECAUSE I COULD NOT HEAR HER THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER, WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER I SAW A LARGE SIDE IN THE BAG, SO I ASSUMED THAT THE OTHER SIDE WAS A LARGE TOO, BUT THEY GAVE ME A INDIVIDUAL SIDE! I CALLED AND THE LINE RANG FOR 3MINUTES NO ONE PICKED UP. SO I HUNG UP, CALLED BACK COUPLE MINUTES LATER, AND NOW IT SOUNDS AS IF THE LINE WAS BUSY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND RUDE EMPLOYEES!

Ordered on the app for there new bacon and cheese sandwich combo (2), didn’t receive it got the regular spicy sandwich, called no answer drove back to the location to show them that the sandwiches were wrong & the manager came to tell us that they don’t have the sandwiches we ordered so why charge me for them ? Luckily he gave me $2 dollars back although it should have been $4 since I ordered 2 combos. Every time I come to this location they never have anything & did I mention I have worked for fast food myself for 5 years even as a a manger & did not even receive a sorry for the mess up I even brought just the sandwiches back because I understand it can be a lot !

Drive thru is always having issues with service lacking or missing items. Always their male employees giving you an attitude. Extra star for the kitchen and getting the food out fresh and hot… I hope to see new employees in the window soon.

I’ve been to several Popeye’s establishments but unfortunately we ended up at this one. The service was awful and slow, the food was not worth the price we paid for it and the server almost left out items we had ordered and paid for. Don’t go to this one. There’s another one a few miles away.

My first time there and they deliberately change my order I asked for a chicken sandwich and the ugly brod changed it to a 3 piece would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
