A couple of weeks ago I got a 3 piece white meat combo. The bones of the wings were dark red and broken and dry. Decided to try again today with a 2 piece. This time the wing was good but something was funky with the breast ( see pic. ) Sides are good except they put the coleslaw in the box with the hot food . Service was extremely slow considering there were no cars parked there and one car ahead of me in the drive thru. The car ahead of me ordered and got their order before I was asked for my order, which was a mobile order. This may be my last time at this Popeyes.

Just moved to AJ decided To give this location a second try. I went through the drive through the person attending asked me to give them about 7 minutes Asked if they were ready to take my dude had completely forgotten that we were there ordered a four piece it was super nasty chicken still looked pink on the inside ordered a side of Mac n cheese that was a whole other disappointment container wasn’t even full and it must Have been the last of it the Macaroni noodle wasn’t even a noodle it was all mushy Seem like in might have been sitting there for hours The oil was already penetrating through the complete disappointment would never return

Steer clear of this location. Been here several times and every time my order was wrong. Order sweet tea and they always give me unsweetened. Order $42 in family meal spicy, get home and it’s classic. Done going here. Better ways to spend my money. Lucky I can’t leave a no star review.

There is always a long wait for the food, even if there’s not a line of cars/people & the order is sometimes wrong, so always check it before you leave. I went inside a vouple days ago & the area around the drinks & trash can (every horizontal surface) was so wet & dirty, you couldn’t put anything down in order to fill your drinks. And there was only one other customer inside the whole 10 minutes I was there.

The service was / is okay at best. I finally am feeling better. Went on a chance to Popeye’s last night 7/8/23 at 7 pm, after getting a pedicure, for a chicken sandwich. The bun was loaded with grease / oil and the meat didn’t even taste good. I had not even eaten half of it. Within 3 hours I was doubled over with stomach pain/cramps along with severe nausea. About 2 this afternoon I was able to sit without pain and no nausea. To top it off they don’t answer the phone.

Never order from this place. They CONSISTENTLY forget items in your order. The last 5 I’ve been missing anywhere from sides, to drinks, to a whole COMBO. On top of that, they wouldn’t refund the missing item. So I think this store needs to seriously readjust how they’re treating their customers. A $30 meal and I only received less than half of it. Honestly hilarious.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! The manager, who also took our order in the drive thru, was so rude when I pointed out my order was wrong. When we finally received our order the meal was terrible. The chicken was too well done and all dried out. We threw away the Cajun rice because it tasted moldy and old! We will never order from this location again

Guess I shouldn’t have stopped mid-afternoon (3PM). Ordered 3 piece meal (my usual) spicy. Had to wait about 5 min extra, no issue. Got home and opened the box. 3 pieces (2 breast’s, 1 thigh) of either overcooked or long time under the hot lamps chicken. Dry meat, dark brown dry coating. Tried to eat, but no thanks. The cole slaw & lemonade turned into my late lunch and the chicken went in the garbage for pickup in the morning. Will go to the one on Crismon Rd next time I want Popeyes.

Horrible food. My fiancé went to get some chicken sandwiches for the family and when he got home the chicken in the sandwiches looked like it was sitting in a heat pan for longer than it should’ve been. It was dry and cold and not enjoyable at all. We used to love Popeyes and since this one is the closest to us we go to this location but each time we go it gets worse and worse. It’s our final straw with this place.

Mac and, cheese was like they scraped the soggy noodles peices from the bottom of the pan. So much grease it soaked through the paper carton. Apple pies and, strawberry biscuits were stale. We paid 30 dollars and, waited 30 minutes for it. Good thing we went through drive thru so it would be quick. Wow just wow!!!
