I wanted to try this and so I ordered and paid for a flounder fish sandwich in the drive through- after a few bites I wondered why it didn’t taste like fish. I then looked at it and discovered I was NOT given a fish sandwich; it was a chicken sandwich. I called – they instantly hung up without saying anything. I capped again and was able to leave a voicemail with my number. No one ever called to correct the situation.

Literally the most disgusting food I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting against my better judgment. The chicken was literally a chip…. Biscuits were rocks…. She got my order wrong even after I corrected her she still gave me the wrong drink and the wrong pieces of chicken, also out of thighs!?!?! Are you kidding?

Got here about 11:30 Kate was very nice and friendly. We ordered two big family meals. Crew in the back were friendly too and we all laughed about the amount of food for the 3 of us. Nice atmosphere, everyone seemed upbeat with no tension. The counter and back kitchen area looked clean and stocked. The dining area was mostly clean, seemed like the night shift might have forgotten to tidy up. Thanks for a great meal and visit. See you again soon.

Chicken had no flavor. The only items that had flavor was the mashed potatoes biscuits, and soda Manager was rude to the young man up front. I got my food before another couple that was waiting before me got theirs.

I love your crispy chicken sandwiches – when I can get one. I think the owner should know because this is the second time it happened. The first time was about 2 weeks ago and I can’t tell you the date or time. Second time was last night, February 2 @ approximately 6:25 p.m. I pull up to order at the squawk box – worker says Welcome to Popeyes. Just a moment (or something like that) and I wait 5 minutes which is forever in a fast food line. At least, take the order right off the bat! Both times a vehicle sat at the window, waiting. Both times I backed out of the pick-up lane and went to Fresh Press Burgers nearby.

If you’re not going to stock a restaurant with a food item anymore take it off the menu. Kind of ridiculous two visits now popcorn shrimp weren’t available and your employee stated you just won’t ship it. The car behind us was looking for the same thing as well. If your staff you get a 2 5 piece classic and 1 5 piece spicy it would be different but anytime we order I would never get the spicy tenders.

Our food and service was great. We will be back to this location soon. Being our age I am just taken back by the costs and I do hope that it can come down again but who knows?
