Poor customer service but surprisingly good chicken sandwiches for fast food. Server was incredulous at the drive thru when asked about an item listed on the menu board, and gave a condescending response about not having that item. The food was ready quickly. Prices are okay. The chicken sandwich is actually quite good, and in my opinion better than CFA. The sides are okay.

I got the worst food poisoning from this restaurant that I have ever had. I came in ate myself a chicken sandwich with some mashed potatoes and a soda. Come 8 hours later I started to feel pain in my stomach and then I kept throwing up for a little over 12 hours including dry heaves. I reported this to the health department. All in all if your restaurant is doing this you are not caring about the safety of your customers from food borne illness.

Order 8pc nuggets and 8pc hush puppies. Got NO hush puppies which was the main reason I went. Wanted to try theirs. Called 4 times when I got home and saw I didn’t have hush puppies. The phone rang until it disconnected each time so I decided to post a review!! Very disappointed!

I went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. This chicken is moist and delicious. KFC doesn’t hold a candle to this superior chicken. I went through the drive-through, and the employee was rude and dismissive. I wanted to see if they had any paper plates. No one would even acknowledge my presence a second time, even though I yelled it in the window after a couple of minutes. Just left in the end. Very poor service. Life is good, guys . Do better

Food is average at best, not made fresh, sits under heat lamp, served lukewarm. Why would anyone fight over the chicken sandwich, there are much better choices in the area.
